Description
図1において、周知であって部分的に図示されている内燃エンジン2のための燃料噴射装置が全体として1に示されている。
図2に図示するのは、本発明の別の実施例による燃料噴射装置であって、番号1'で表している。本実施例の燃料噴射装置1'は、前述の燃料噴射装置1とほぼ同様であるため、後者とは異なる部分のみを以下に説明する。なお、本実施例の燃料噴射装置1'と前述の燃料噴射装置1の類似または同様の部品は、可能なかぎり、同じ番号で示す。
図3に図示するのは、本発明のさらに別の実施例の燃料噴射装置であり、全体として1''に示されている。本実施例の燃料噴射装置1''と燃料噴射装置1'との相違点は、電子インジェクタ8'の給入コネクタ37への供給が高圧ポンプ6で行われるのに対して、本実施例の電子インジェクタ8'の複数のコネクタ37'は互いに流体接続されており、戻り管17において集合する点である。
図4に図示するのは、本発明のさらにまた別の実施例の燃料噴射装置であり、番号1'''で表している。本実施例の燃料噴射装置1'''は、燃料噴射装置1とほぼ同様であるため、後者とは異なる部分のみを以下に説明する。なお、本実施例の燃料噴射装置1'''と前述の燃料噴射装置1の類似または同様の部品は、可能なかぎり、同じ番号で示す。
Claims (5)
- 内燃エンジン(2)の燃料噴射装置(1'')であって、燃料のタンク(3)と、前記タンク(3)から受け取った燃料を高圧に圧縮する圧縮手段(4)と、前記高圧の燃料を、前記のエンジン(2)の対応する燃焼室(12)へ噴射するための、複数のインジェクタ(8')と、前記複数のインジェクタ(8')と流体接続され、前記圧縮手段(4)により前記高圧の燃料が供給される複数の個別ストレージ部(9')とからなり、
前記個別ストレージ部(9')のそれぞれが、
前記圧縮手段(4)に直接的に接続された給入コネクタ(37)と、それぞれの個別ストレージ部(9')から排出される燃料を、前記タンク(3)に戻すために共通の戻り管(17)において集合する排出コネクタ(37')とを含み、
前記戻り管(17)が、圧力調整ソレノイドバルブ(19)および前記ソレノイドバルブ(19)の上流で戻り管(17)内の圧力を検知する圧力変換器(18)を備え、
前記個別ストレージ部(9')を通過する燃料の流れを継続させることができるように、
前記エンジン(2)の動作状態にしたがい、かつ前記圧力変換器(18)により検知された圧力に応じて前記ソレノイドバルブ(19)を制御する制御部(20)が備えられてなる
ことを特徴とする燃料噴射装置。 - 前記個別ストレージ部の1つ(9')のそれぞれが、前記インジェクタ(8')の内部に設置されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の燃料噴射装置。
- 前記それぞれのインジェクタ(8')が、前記エンジン(2)のそれぞれの燃焼室(12)に燃料を噴射する第1の送出部(26)と、燃料を前記タンク(3)に戻す第2の送出部(53)とを含む請求項1または2記載の燃料噴射装置。
- 前記インジェクタ(8')が、前記噴射孔(26)に連通する噴射室(41)を有するノズル(23)に接合された中空本体(21)と、前記中空本体(21)の分岐部(36)の開孔(38)と連接する給入コネクタ(37)と、前記第2の送出部(53)を備え、燃料制御室(59)を有するサーボバルブ(44)とからなり、
前記噴射室(41)および前記制御室(59)は前記給入コネクタ(37)を通じて前記高圧の燃料を供給し、
前記個別ストレージ部(9')が、分岐部(36)の貯留室(33a')と前記中空本体(21)に備えられ、前記貯留室(33a')に連通する環状溝(68)により定められ、前記環状溝(68)が、前記噴射室(41)および前記制御室(59)の両方に連通してなる
ことを特徴とする請求項3記載の燃料噴射装置。 - 前記排出コネクタ(37')のそれぞれが、前記中空本体(21)の他の分岐部(36')の他の開孔(38')に連通し、前記他の開孔(38')が前記噴射室(41)および前記制御室(59)に連通し、前記個別ストレージ部(9')が、前記他の分岐部(36')の他の貯留室(33b')と前記他の開孔(38')に連通する前記環状溝(68)を含むことを特徴とする請求項4記載の燃料噴射装置。
