Claims (4)
- エンジンと、このエンジンで駆動される発電機と、前記エンジンの排熱から熱エネルギを回収する熱交換器と、この熱交換器で回収された熱エネルギを外部熱負荷に供給する熱媒体の循環路と、前記循環路に設けられた前記熱媒体の循環ポンプとを有するコジェネレーション装置において、
エンジンの始動指示検出部と、
前記エンジンの排気系の環境温度を感知する環境温度センサと、
エンジン始動指示時に感知された排気系の環境温度が、排気ガス中の水蒸気の凍結が予想される温度の場合に前記循環ポンプの作動を禁止する手段を具備したことを特徴とするコジェネレーション装置。 - 前記エンジンの排気ガス温度を感知する排気ガス温度センサを具備し、
エンジンの排気ガス温度が排気ガス中の水蒸気の凝縮温度近傍に設定された排気ガス基準温度以上で前記循環ポンプの作動禁止を解除するように構成したことを特徴とする請求項1記載のコジェネレーション装置。 - 前記循環ポンプの作動禁止解除後は該循環ポンプによる循環量を所定値まで徐々に増大させるように構成したことを特徴とする請求項2記載のコジェネレーション装置。
- 前記環境温度センサが、エンジンの排気系が収容されている筐体の底部に設置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のコジェネレーション装置。
