Claims (3)
- ラバールノズル形状の複数個の周孔を備えた上吹きランスを用い、予備脱燐処理された溶銑を脱炭吹錬する転炉吹錬方法であって、前記周孔の傾角は13°以上であり、該周孔が6個以上配置され、且つ、酸素ジェットの片側の広がり角度を10°として下記の(1)式によって干渉率を定義したときに、隣り合った周孔の平均干渉率が30〜60%の範囲内である上吹きランスを用いて吹錬することを特徴とする転炉吹錬方法。

但し、(1)式において各記号は以下を表すものである。
γ:干渉率(%)
D:火点の直径(m)
d:隣り合う火点の中心間距離(m) - 転炉内のスラグ量は、溶鋼トン当たり50kg以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の転炉吹錬方法。
- その先端にラバールノズル形状の複数個の周孔を備え、予備脱燐処理された溶銑を脱炭吹錬するための転炉吹錬用上吹きランスであって、前記周孔は6個以上配置されていると共にこれら周孔の傾角は13°以上であり、且つ、酸素ジェットの片側の広がり角度を10°として下記の(1)式によって干渉率を定義したときに、隣り合った周孔の平均干渉率は30〜60%の範囲内であることを特徴とする転炉吹錬用上吹きランス。
