Claims (18)
- 有孔不織布(2)を製造する方法であって、穿孔手段が前記不織布に嵌入し、前記穿孔手段は第1ローラ(8)の上に配置され、さらに前記穿孔手段は、前記不織布を貫通して第2ローラ(10)の表面(15)に嵌入し、
前記第1ローラおよび前記第2ローラは相互に同期して回転し、前記穿孔手段は、前記不織布の繊維を変位させ、それによって前記穿孔手段は前記第2ローラ(10)の上の材料に嵌入し、それらは前記嵌入時に前記材料を変位させ得、それによってくぼみが前記材料内に形成され、そして、フェルト材料(11)が前記第2ローラ(10)の上で収縮ホース型の被覆として使われる、ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記穿孔手段は、前記フェルト材料に嵌入することを特徴とする、請求項1に係る方法。
