Claims (5)
- 自動車の内燃機関(1)に排ガスの部分流を戻すための方法において、排ガスの部分流を、内燃機関(1)の排ガス流出部(1a)の背後に配置された部分流管路(2)に通して案内し、その直後に第1の弁(3)と第2の弁(4)とセンサ(8)とを有する弁ユニット(9)に通して案内し、このときに排ガスの部分流を、第1の弁(3)と、直接後置されたバイパス管路(5)と、戻り管路(7)とを介して内燃機関(1)に供給するか、または第2の弁(4)と、直接後置されたクーラ(6)と、戻し管路(7)とを介して内燃機関(1)に供給し、この場合、第1の弁(3)および第2の弁(4)を排ガス条件に関連して開放または閉鎖し、しかもこのことを1つのセンサ(8)によって監視することを特徴とする、自動車の内燃機関に排ガスの部分流を戻すための方法。
- 排ガスの部分流を第2の弁(4)の背後で、液状の冷却媒体を有する、後置されたクーラ(6)として配置されたクーラに通して案内し、この場合、液状の冷却媒体を、後置されたクーラ(6)にも、前記弁ユニット(9)にも通して案内する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 請求項1または2記載の方法を実施するための装置において、該装置が部分流管路(2)を有しており、該部分流管路(2)が第1の弁(3)と第2の弁(4)とに接続されており、第1の弁(3)がバイパス管路(5)を介して戻し管路(7)に接続されており、第2の弁(4)が、直接後置されたクーラ(6)を介して戻し管路(7)に接続されており、第1の弁(3)および第2の弁(4)の制御を排ガス条件に関連して監視する1つのセンサ(8)が配置されており、さらに第1の弁(3)と第2の弁(4)とセンサ(8)とを有する弁ユニット(9)が配置されていることを特徴とする、自動車の内燃機関に排ガスの部分流を戻すための装置。
- 後置されたクーラ(6)として、液状の冷却媒体を有するクーラが配置されている、請求項3記載の装置。
- 後置されたクーラ(6)が冷却媒体流入部(10)を有しており、前記弁ユニット(9)が冷却媒体流出部(11)を有している、請求項3または4記載の装置。
