Claims (9)
- 排気ガスを排出する排気マニホールド(14)、および吸気マニホールド(16)と、前記排気マニホールド(14)およびターボチャージャ(20)間の流体連通路におけるフィルタ(18)とを備えた、エンジン(12)内で使用する空気管理アセンブリ(10)であって、
前記排気マニホールド(14)および前記吸気マニホールド(16)と流体連通するハウジング(30)と、
前記吸気マニホールド(16)と流体連通する前記ハウジング(30)内のコンプレッサ(22)と、
前記排気マニホールド(14)と流体連通する前記ハウジング(30)内のタービン(24)であり、前記コンプレッサ(22)に連結されて相互に連結された状態で回転するタービン(24)と、
前記コンプレッサ(22)と流体連通する給気冷却器(36)と、
前記タービン(24)の前記入り側および前記コンプレッサ(22)の前記出側と流体連通する、前記ハウジング(30)内の第1バイパス(28)と、
前記第1バイパス(28)の第1接続点および第2接続点の間で前記第1バイパス(28)に接続される、前記ハウジング内の第1EGR冷却器(32)と、
前記第1バイパス(28)と前記第1EGR冷却器(32)を通して前記排気ガス流れを制御するために前記第1バイパス(28)に接続される、前記ハウジング(30)内の第1バイパスバルブ(54)と、
前記タービン(24)の出側および前記コンプレッサ(22)の入り側と流体連通する、前記ハウジング(30)内の第2バイパス(28’)と、
前記第2バイパス(28’)の第1接続点および第2接続点の間で前記第2バイパス(28’)に接続される、前記ハウジング(30)内の第2EGR冷却器(44)と、
前記第2バイパス(28’)と前記第2EGR冷却器(44)を通して前記排気ガス流れを制御するために、前記第2バイパス(28’)に接続される、前記ハウジング(30)内の第2バイパスバルブ(56)と、
前記第1バイパスバルブ(54)への排気ガスの流れを制御するための第1EGRバルブ(34)であって、前記第1バイパス(28)と前記吸気マニホールド(16)との間に接続される、前記ハウジング(30)内の第1EGRバルブ(34)と、
前記第2バイパス(28’)への排気ガスの流れを制御するための第2EGRバルブ(42)であって、前記コンプレッサ(22)の入側および前記第2バイパスバルブ(56)に接続される、前記ハウジング(30)内の第2EGRバルブ(42)と、
前記ハウジング(30)内の混合ユニット(60)であって、当該混合ユニット(60)は、前記タービン(24)および前記コンプレッサ(22)並びに吸気管(61)と流体連通し、前記排気ガスが前記混合ユニット(60)において空気と混合され、前記混合ユニット(60)が前記コンプレッサ(22)のハウジングと一体化される、混合ユニットと、を備えており、
前記フィルタ(18)は、前記ハウジング(30)外側に配置され、前記第1EGRバルブ(34)は、前記第1パイパス(28)の低温側に接続され、前記第2EGRバルブ(42)は、前記第2バイパス(28’)の低温側に接続される、空気管理アセンブリ。 - 前記コンプレッサ(22)の出口に隣接して配置される、前記ハウジング(30)内のスロットルバルブ(38)と、
前記ハウジング(30)を通って延び且つ前記スロットルバルブ(38)を冷却するために当該スロットルバルブ(38)に接続された組み込み型冷却通路(66)と、を更に備えている請求項1に記載の空気管理アセンブリ。 - 前記第2バイパス(28’)が前記タービン(24)にすぐ隣接しており、前記第2バイパス(28’)を通過する前記排気ガスが、前記タービン(24)から放散される熱によって加熱される、請求項1に記載の空気管理アセンブリ。
- 前記第1EGRバルブ(34)は前記ハウジング(30)と一体化され、前記第1EGRバルブ(34)は、前記フィルタ(18)の後で取り出される前記排気ガスを導いて、前記排気ガスが前記タービン(24)を通過する前に、前記吸気マニホールド(16)に流体連通させる、請求項1に記載の空気管理アセンブリ。
- 前記第1EGRバルブ(34)が、前記排気ガスを、前記タービン(24)と、前記コンプレッサ(22)の出側と流体連通する前記給気冷却器(36)と、前記吸気マニホールド(16)との少なくとも1つに導き、前記第1EGR冷却器(32)は、前記タービン(24)の入り側と流体連通する低温側と、前記コンプレッサ(22)の前記出側と流体連通する高温側とを有する、請求項4に記載の空気管理アセンブリ。
- 前記第2EGRバルブ(42)が、前記排気ガスを、前記タービン(24)の前記出側と流体連通する低温側および前記コンプレッサ(22)の前記入り側と流体連通する高温側を有する前記第2EGR冷却器(44)と、前記第2バイパス(28’)と、前記排気ガスが前記空気管理アセンブリ(10)から流出する排気管(48)との少なくとも1つに導く、請求項1に記載の空気管理アセンブリ。
- 前記第1EGRバルブ(34)が高圧EGRバルブであり、前記第2EGRバルブ(42)が低圧EGRバルブである、請求項1に記載の空気管理アセンブリ。
- 前記フィルタ(18)がディーゼル粒子フィルタである、請求項1に記載の空気管理アセンブリ。
- 第2フィルタ(58)が前記ハウジング(30)内に装備されて、前記コンプレッサ(22)の前記入り側と流体連通する、請求項1に記載の空気管理アセンブリ。
