Claims (3)
- リーダーテープの繰り出し端に設けた連結部が、先導ピースのピンに巻き付け反転されて対向するテープ面に超音波溶着してある単リール型のテープカートリッジであって、
前記連結部は、前記リーダーテープのテープ端に形成した横長の溝で分断される上下一対の巻回片で構成されており、
前記巻回片は、基端側に設けられる基部と、前記ピンに巻き付け反転されて前記基部に超音波溶着される反転部とからなり、
前記反転部の上下幅より幅狭のアンビル面で前記連結部の前記基部を支持し、前記巻回片と前記ピンの巻付軸との間の遊動隙間に臨む部分を除いた前記反転部の全域にわたって溶着ホーンの押圧面を接触させて、前記反転部と前記基部とを超音波溶着して、前記反転部の中央から上下縁の近傍にわたって前記アンビル面と概ね同じ幅寸法の完全溶着部を形成してあるとともに、前記完全溶着部の上下縁に不完全溶着部を形成してあることを特徴とする単リール型のテープカートリッジ。 - 前記反転部が、前記基部側から先端へ向かって先すぼまり状に形成されており、
前記不完全溶着部が、前記反転部の上下縁に沿って先すぼまり状に形成してある請求項1記載の単リール型のテープカートリッジ。 - 前記反転部の最大幅寸法に対して、前記完全溶着部の幅寸法が70%前後に設定してある請求項1または2記載の単リール型のテープカートリッジ。
