Claims (10)
- ガス放電を利用して画像を表示するプラズマディスプレイパネルと、
前記プラズマディスプレイパネルを支持し、前記プラズマディスプレイパネルから伝達された熱を放熱するシャーシと、
前記シャーシの端部に設けられ、前記シャーシの強度を補強する補強部材と、
前記プラズマディスプレイパネルを駆動する電気的信号を発生させる駆動部と、
前記プラズマディスプレイパネルと前記駆動部との間の電気的信号の伝達をする、可撓性の信号伝達手段と、
前記信号伝達手段を介して前記補強部材の上に実装され、前記プラズマディスプレイパネルと前記駆動部との間の電気的信号の伝達を制御する集積回路チップと、
前記集積回路チップを覆うように前記集積回路チップ上に配置され、前記集積回路チップに熱的に接続されたカバープレートと、
前記カバープレート上に配置されたウェーブタイプの放熱板と、
を備えることを特徴とするプラズマディスプレイモジュール。 - 前記カバープレートには、前記放熱板と結合される少なくとも一つの突出部が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプラズマディスプレイモジュール。
- 前記放熱板は、前記カバープレートに単一の形態に形成されて結合されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプラズマディスプレイモジュール。
- 前記放熱板には、前記カバープレートの突出部が挿し込まれる少なくとも一つの貫通孔が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のプラズマディスプレイモジュール。
- 前記放熱板は、前記カバープレートにボスコーキング方式で締結されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプラズマディスプレイモジュール。
- 前記集積回路チップと前記カバープレートとの間には、熱伝導性の放熱シートが備えられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプラズマディスプレイモジュール。
- 前記信号伝達手段と前記集積回路チップとの間には、熱伝導グリースが備えられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプラズマディスプレイモジュール。
- 前記カバープレートは、アルミニウム材質を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプラズマディスプレイモジュール。
- 前記放熱板は、アルミニウム材質を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプラズマディスプレイモジュール。
- 前記信号伝達手段は、テープキャリアパッケージであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプラズマディスプレイモジュール。
