Claims (23)
- ネック付与した材料を形成する方法であって、
第一表面速度で互いに逆方向に回転し、ネック付与領域の始まりの点を形成している第一の対のニップローラーに向かって、第一幅を持つネック付与可能な材料を移送し、
前記ネック付与可能な材料がネック付与領域の始まりの点を形成している前記第一の対のニップローラーに到達する前に、前記ネック付与可能な材料に縦方向の切断をいれて複数のネック付与可能な材料ストリップとし、
該ネック付与可能なストリップを前記第一の対のニップローラーの間で縦方向に通し、
前記ネック付与可能な材料ストリップを前記第一の対のニップローラーから縦方向に離れた位置にあり、前記第一表面速度より大きい第二表面速度で互いに逆方向に回転し、ネック付与領域の終わりの点を形成している第二の対のニップローラーまで移送し、
前記第二の対のニップローラーの間に前記ネック付与可能な材料ストリップを縦方向に通して、前記第一の対のニップローラーと前記第二の対のニップローラーとの間で前記ネック付与可能な材料にネック付与する、
段階を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記ネック付与可能な材料はネック可能な不織ウェブであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記縦方向距離は、個々のネック付与可能材料ストリップの、ネック付与前の幅の40倍より大きくないことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記縦方向距離は、個々のネック可能材料ストリップの、ネック付与前の幅の20倍より大きくないことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記複数のネック付与可能材料ストリップは、少なくとも4つの不織ストリップを含むことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記複数のネック付与可能材料ストリップは、少なくとも10の不織ストリップを含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。
- 各々のネック可能材料ストリップは、22.9cmから229cmまでの初期幅を持つことを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 各々のネック付与可能材料ストリップは、45.7cmから183cmまでの初期幅を持つことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。
- 各ネック付与可能材料ストリップは前記ネック付与可能材料ストリップの初期幅の70%より小さいネック付与幅を有するものであることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 各々のネック付与可能材料ストリップは、前記ネック付与可能材料ストリップの初期幅の28%から50%までのネック付与幅を持つことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
- 更に、前記第一の対のニップローラーと前記第二の対のニップローラーの間を移送する時に前記ネック付与可能材料ストリップを加熱する段階を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から10のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記第二表面速度は、前記第一表面速度の1.05倍から1.7倍であることを特徴とする請求項1から11のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記第二表面速度は、前記第一表面速度の1.1倍から1.5倍であることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記第二表面速度は、前記第一表面速度の1.2倍から1.4倍であることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記ネック付与可能な材料は、スパンボンドウエブを含むことを特徴とする請求項1から14のいずれかに記載の方法。
- フィルムが、前記スパンボンドウエブに積層されることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記ネック付与可能な材料は、ネック付与可能なスパンボンド−メルトブロー−スパンボンド積層からなるものであることを特徴とする請求項1から16のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記縦方向の距離は前記第1の幅の25%よりも大きくないことを特徴とする請求項1から17のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記ネック付与可能材料はスリット形成され、各ネック付与可能材料ストリップは前記ネック付与可能材料を形成してから1分間内でネック付与されることを特徴とする請求項1から18のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 請求項1から19のいずれかの方法に従って製造されたネック材料。
- 複数の同一のネック付与した材料ストリップを含み、各々のネック付与した材料ストリップは、実質的に同様な横方向形状を持ち、その両側縁領域は、各々のストリップの中央領域の基本重量より大きい基本重量を持つことを特徴とする請求項20に記載のネック材料。
- 前記両側縁領域は、前記中央領域の伸長性よりも大きい伸長性を持つことを特徴とする請求項21に記載のネック材料。
