Description
この溶湯の差し込みは製品のバリ発生原因となるだけでなく、そのままにしておくと鋳造金型装置が破損するため、頻繁に差し込んで凝固した溶湯を除去しなければならない。

Claims (2)
- 固定型と可動型からなり、可動型には固定型との間で製品キャビティを形成する摺動中子を備えた鋳造金型において、前記固定型の型合わせ面には額縁部が一体的に突出し、この額縁部の内側面に型締め時に前記摺動中子の凸部背面に当接して鋳造圧力を受けるストッパ部が設けられ、また前記可動型の四隅には摺動中子の凸部と等しい高さの位置決め基準座が設けられ、この位置決め基準座と摺動中子の側面との間にサイドキーが設けられていることを特徴とする鋳造金型。
- 請求項1に記載の鋳造金型装置において、前記摺動中子の凸部の高さは、前記製品キャビティの高さと略等しいことを特徴とする鋳造金型装置。
