Claims (2)
- 승강 가능한 상, 하부금형 및 측면으로 이동 자재한 사이드금형으로 알루미늄 휠을 주조할 때 알루미늄 휠의 림부 모서리부분이 림부에 비해 두껍게 성형되는 알루미늄 휠 성형용 금형에 있어서,상기한 상부 금형의 하단부에서 주조되는 휠의 모서리부분을 차단하여 주조 시 용탕이 모서리부로 충진되는 것을 방지하여 림부의 두께가 균일하게 되도록 원형 링상으로 형성되고 2개 이상으로 분할 형성된 코어와, 상기한 코어를 하부 금형과 연결시키도록 하부 금형에서 다수개가 돌출 형성되어 상부 금형까지 접촉되도록 형성된 연결부와, 상기한 코어를 주조 후 상부 금형의 상승 시 같이 상승하도록 하고 알루미늄 휠의 이젝트 시 코어가 같이 분리되어 알루미늄 휠을 취출할 수 있도록 연결부와 코어 사이에 설치된 탈착 수단을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 휠 성형용 금형.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기한 탈착 수단은 상기한 하부 금형의 연결부 각각의 저면에 형성되는 제1삽입공과, 상기한 코어의 상부에 다수 형성된 제2삽입공과, 상기한 제1, 2삽입공에 양단이 압입되고 상부 금형이 상승할 때 코어를 같이 상승시키고 알루미늄 휠의 이젝트 시 코어가 분리되도록 형성된 다수의 연결핀으로 포함함을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 휠 성형용 금형.
