Claims (6)
- フレームの内部に光反射シートを設け、光反射シートの相対向する端縁部をフレームの相対向する縁枠部に重ねると共に、光反射シートの上方に冷陰極管と光学シートと液晶パネルを配置して、その上からベゼルで液晶パネルの周縁部を押さえた液晶モジュールにおいて、
上記光反射シートの相対向する端縁部の少なくとも一方にタブ片を形成すると共に、これに対応して上記フレームの少なくとも一方の縁枠部にタブ片挿入用の開口部を形成し、上記タブ片を上記開口部から上記フレームの縁枠部の下側へ挿入して係合させたことを特徴とする液晶モジュール。 - 上記タブ片の幅寸法を上記開口部の幅寸法よりも僅かに小さくしたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液晶モジュール。
- 上記タブ片が、上記光反射シートの相対向する端縁部の少なくとも一方に、端縁部の長さ方向に延びる長い切込部とその両端から直角に外側へ曲がる短い切込部とからなる偏平なU形切込部を設けることによって該U形切込部の内側に形成された広幅のタブ片であり、上記タブ片挿入用の開口部が、広幅のタブ片に対応して上記フレームの少なくとも一方の縁枠部にその長さ方向に形成されたスリット状の開口部であることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の液晶モジュール。
- 上記タブ片挿入用の開口部が、上記フレームの縁枠部における上板と外側板とのコーナー部を切り欠いて形成したものであることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれかに記載の液晶モジュール。
- 上記U形切込部の短い切込部の先端にアールを設け、上記開口部の両端から、先端にアールを設けた切欠凹部を上記フレームの内側方向に形成したことを特徴とする請求項2ないし請求項4のいずれかに記載の液晶モジュール。
- 上記光反射シートのもう一組の相対向する端縁部の形状を非対称形としたことを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項5のいずれかに記載の液晶モジュール。
