(A)20℃における蒸気圧が0.8Pa以上である香料素材を60質量%以上含有する香料組成物1〜30質量%
(B)吸油担体
(C)水溶性バインダー
を含有し、(B)/(C)=7/1〜2/1(質量比)である香料粒子を含有する自動食器洗浄機用洗浄剤組成物に関する。
特に、デキストリンとして、D.E.値が0〜8の範囲でかつ水素添加処理を施されているものが好ましく、更にD.E.値が0〜3の範囲で水素添加処理を施され、グルコース末端を還元末端としたデンプンを混合したデンプン担体を含むものが好ましい。
平均粒径はメジアン径であり、JIS Z 8801に規定の篩を用いて求める。例えば、目開きが2000μm、1400μm、1000μm、710μm、500μm、350μm、250μm、180μm、125μmである9段階の篩と受け皿を用い、ロータップマシーン(HEIKOSEISAKUSHO製、タッピング:156回/分、ローリング:290回/分)に取り付け、100gの試料を5分間振動させた後、篩目開きのサイズによる重量分率から各粒径の粒子の割合を測定し、平均粒径を求める。
嵩密度は、JIS K 3362により規定された方法で測定する。
表1に示す各香料組成物を用い、各香料粒子を作成した。なお、香料粒子は次のようにして作成した。
・バジルオイル(ブランド名 Basil Oil Exotic, メーカー PLIPINAS KAO INC.)
・ペパーミントオイル(ブランド名 Pepper Madras RECT, メーカー I.P.CALLISON&SONS INC.)
・ハッカオイル(ブランド名 薄荷白油, メーカー 長岡実業株式会社)
・ローズマリーオイル(ブランド名 Rosemary oil Tunisiam, メーカー COMPAGNIE DARGEVILLE)
・ユーカリプタスオイル(ブランド名 Eucalyputus Oil Citriodora, メーカー CHARABOT&CIE)
・マジョラムオイル(ブランド名 Oil Marjoram Spanish FCC, メーカー GIVAUDAN -ROURE)
・サンダルウッドオイル(ブランド名 Oil Sandal Mysore, メーカー CHARABOT)
表2の配合割合にて香料粒子を含有する自動食器洗浄機用洗浄剤組成物を作成し、消臭性能及び残香性を評価した。結果を表2に示す。
<洗浄条件>
使用洗浄機:松下電器株式会社製自動食器洗い機(機種NP−C10)を用い、標準コースで実施。この洗浄機は、15℃から55℃まで徐々に昇温して洗浄し、その後すすぎを2回(昇温しない)行い、最終すすぎ(15℃から70℃まで徐々に昇温してすすぎ)後、乾燥する形式のものである。
使用水:3.5°DHの水
洗浄時の循環水量:約2.5リットル
洗浄剤組成物濃度:0.2質量%
鰯油(シグマ アルドリッチ ジャパン株式会社製)2gを直径25cmの磁性の皿に塗布したものを3枚洗浄に供した。
上記汚染皿を洗浄機にセットし、最終すすぎ中に発生する蒸気の匂いを30歳代の男性及び女性4人(各2人ずつ)のパネルに嗅いでもらい、鰯臭が感知されない場合を4点、ほとんど感知されない場合を3点、やや感知される場合を2点、はっきりと感知される場合を1点とし、パネル4名の平均点が3.5点以上を◎、3.0点以上、3.5点未満を○、2点以上、3点未満を△、2点未満を×として消臭性能を評価した。
乾燥終了後、約1時間放置した後、洗浄機の蓋を開け、洗浄機庫内の匂いを30歳代の男性及び女性4人(各2人ずつ)のパネルに嗅いでもらい、香料臭が感知されない場合を4点、ほとんど感知されない場合を3点、やや感知される場合を2点、はっきりと感知される場合を1点とし、パネル4名の平均点が3.5点以上を◎、3.0点以上、3.5点未満を○、2点以上、3点未満を△、2点未満を×として残香性を評価した。

Claims (6)
- (A)20℃における蒸気圧が0.8Pa以上である香料素材(A1)を60質量%以上含有する香料組成物〔以下、(A)成分という〕1〜30質量%
(B)吸油担体〔以下、(B)成分という〕
(C)水溶性バインダー〔以下、(C)成分という〕
を含有し、(B)/(C)=7/1〜2/1(質量比)である、平均粒径が500〜1500μmの香料粒子を含有する自動食器洗浄機用洗浄剤組成物であって、
20℃における蒸気圧が0.13Pa未満である香料素材(A 2 )の比率が、前記香料組成物中10質量%未満である自動食器洗浄機用洗浄剤組成物。 - 前記香料素材(A1)の20℃における蒸気圧が、0.8Pa以上150Pa未満である請求項1記載の自動食器洗浄機用洗浄剤組成物。
- 前記香料粒子を0.1〜10質量%含有する請求項1又は2記載の自動食器洗浄機用洗浄剤組成物。
- 前記香料組成物が、20℃における蒸気圧が0.8Pa以上である香料素材(A1)を70質量%以上含有する請求項1〜3の何れか1項記載の自動食器洗浄機用洗浄剤組成物。
- 20℃における蒸気圧が150Pa以上である香料素材である香料素材(A1−1)の比率が、前記香料組成物中30質量%以下である請求項1〜4の何れか1項記載の自動食器洗浄機用洗浄剤組成物。
- 前記香料粒子が、前記(A)〜(C)成分を含む成分を、実質的に乾燥工程を伴わずに混合、造粒して製造されたものである請求項1〜5の何れか1項記載の自動食器洗浄機用洗浄剤組成物。
