Claims (4)
- プラズマディスプレイパネルと;
前記プラズマディスプレイパネルの背面側に配置され,前記プラズマディスプレイパネルを支持するシャーシベースと;
前記シャーシベースの背面側に配置され,前記プラズマディスプレイパネルを駆動する回路を有する駆動回路基板と;
前記駆動回路基板から前記プラズマディスプレイパネルに電気的信号が伝達されるように,一側が前記駆動回路基板に連結され,他側が前記プラズマディスプレイパネルに連結され,少なくとも1つの電子素子を有する信号伝達部材と;
前記信号伝達部材の少なくとも前記電子素子が実装された部分を被覆する保護カバープレートと;
前記電子素子から発生した熱を前記保護カバープレートに伝達するヒートパイプと;
を備え,
前記保護カバープレートの前記電子素子と対向する部分に凹部が形成され,前記凹部内に前記ヒートパイプが配置され,
前記保護カバープレートと前記電子素子との間に熱伝導シートを備える,
ことを特徴とする,プラズマ表示装置の組立体。 - 前記保護カバープレート上に放熱フィンを備えることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載のプラズマ表示装置の組立体。
- 前記信号伝達部材が支持されるように,前記シャーシベース上に配置される補強材を備えることを特徴とする,請求項1又は2に記載のプラズマ表示装置の組立体。
- 前記信号伝達部材は,テープキャリアパッケージ(TCP),またはチップオンフィルム(COF)であることを特徴とする,請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のプラズマ表示装置の組立体。
