Claims (4)
- 120度の位相差を有する3台の電流共振DC/DCコンバータを並列に接続し、共振周波数より高い動作周波数で動作させるDC/DCコンバータであって、
前記3台の電流共振DC/DCコンバータは、それぞれに、
1次巻線と2次巻線と3次巻線とを有するトランスと、
直流電源の両端に第1スイッチング素子と第2スイッチング素子とが直列に接続される第1直列回路と、
前記第1スイッチング素子又は前記第2スイッチング素子の両端に共振リアクトルと前記トランスの1次巻線と共振コンデンサとが直列に接続される第2直列回路と、
前記トランスの2次巻線に発生する電圧を整流して平滑コンデンサに出力する整流回路とを有し、
前記3次巻線のそれぞれとリアクトルとをリング状に接続することにより、前記3次巻線のそれぞれに誘起する電圧が補正され、前記第2直列回路のそれぞれに流れる電流をバランスさせることを特徴とするDC/DCコンバータ。 - 磁路が形成される3脚以上からなるコアを有する磁気回路を備え、前記3脚以上からなるコアの内の3脚の各脚には、各脚に対応して前記1次巻線及び2次巻線が巻回されてなることを特徴とする請求項1記載のDC/DCコンバータ。
- 前記1次巻線及び2次巻線が巻回された3脚以外の脚に設けられ且つ距離を調整することにより前記リアクトルのインダクタンスを調整するギャップを備えることを特徴とする請求項2記載のDC/DCコンバータ。
- 前記リアクトルは、前記各脚に対応して巻回された前記1次巻線間のリーケージインダクタンスからなることを特徴とする請求項3記載のDC/DCコンバータ。
