Claims (11)
- 直流電源と、
1次巻線と2次巻線とを有する第1トランスと、
前記直流電源に前記第1トランスの1次巻線を介して接続される第1スイッチ素子と、
前記第1トランスの2次巻線に発生した電圧を入力して交流電圧を出力する出力回路と、
第1期間と第2期間との合計期間を1周期とするパルス信号であるとともに前記第1期間内のパルス数が2以上で且つ固定されている、駆動信号により前記第1スイッチ素子をオン/オフ動作させる制御回路と、
前記第2期間に前記第1トランスをリセットさせるリセット回路とを備え、
前記制御回路は、前記第1期間では前記第1スイッチ素子のオン期間の合計がオフ期間の合計よりも長くなるように前記駆動信号を生成し、前記第2期間では前記第1スイッチ素子のオフ期間の合計がオン期間の合計よりも長くなるように前記駆動信号を生成し、前記交流電圧の波形を略正負対称とすることを特徴とする交流電源装置。 - 前記制御回路は、第1周波数の発振信号を生成する第1発振器と、
前記第1発振器の第1周波数とは異なる第2周波数の発振信号を生成する第2発振器と、
前記第1発振器の発振信号と前記第2発振器の発振信号との論理積を求める論理回路とを備え、
前記パルス信号を前記論理回路の出力信号とすることを特徴とする請求項1記載の交流電源装置。 - 前記出力回路の出力電圧を検出する電圧検出回路と、前記出力回路の出力電流を検出する電流検出回路の少なくともいずれか一方を備え、
前記制御回路は、前記電圧検出回路と前記電流検出回路の少なくともいずれか一方の出力信号に基づいて前記パルス信号のパルス幅を変調するパルス幅変調回路を備えることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載の交流電源装置。 - 前記第1トランスは、更に、前記1次巻線と磁気結合するリセット巻線を有し、前記リセット回路は、前記直流電源に並列に接続され、前記リセット巻線とダイオードとを直列に接続した回路からなることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項記載の交流電源装置。
- 前記リセット回路は、前記第1トランスの1次巻線に並列に接続され、ダイオードに抵抗とコンデンサとの並列回路を直列に接続した回路からなることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項記載の交流電源装置。
- 前記リセット回路は、前記第1トランスの1次巻線に並列に接続され、コンデンサと第2スイッチ素子とを直列に接続した回路からなることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項記載の交流電源装置。
- 前記出力回路は、前記第1トランスの2次巻線に並列に接続され、第1リアクトルと第1コンデンサとを直列に接続した回路からなり、前記交流電圧を前記第1コンデンサから出力することを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか1項記載の交流電源装置。
- 前記出力回路は、前記第1トランスの2次巻線に対して第2リアクトルと第2トランスの1次巻線とが直列に接続され、該第2トランスの2次巻線と第2コンデンサとが並列に接続された回路からなり、前記交流電圧を前記第2コンデンサから出力することを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか1項記載の交流電源装置。
- 前記第1リアクトルは、前記第1トランスのリーケージインダクタンスからなることを特徴とする請求項7記載の交流電源装置。
- 前記第2リアクトルは、前記第2トランスのリーケージインダクタンスからなることを特徴とする請求項8記載の交流電源装置。
- 前記第2リアクトルは、前記第1トランスのリーケージインダクタンスと前記第2トランスのリーケージインダクタンスとからなることを特徴とする請求項8記載の交流電源装置。
