Claims (3)
- 磁化可能なエラストマーによって完全に被覆されている金属からなる支持体を備えたシャフトの速度を検出する装置のパルス発生器であって、
前記支持体が、実質上長方形の断面を有する中実のリング状の金属コア(2)からなり、
断面において、前記金属コア(2)の軸方向の長さ(L)が当該金属コア(2)の半径方向の厚み(D)と同じであるか又は、前記金属コア(2)の軸方向の長さ(L)が当該金属コア(2)の半径方向の厚み(D)より大きく、前記半径方向の厚み(D)に対する前記軸方向の長さ(L)の比が最大2であり、
前記エラストマーに対する磁化が、前記金属コア(2)の半径方向において外側のエラストマー層(6)に実施され、前記シャフトに対して前記金属コア(2)の取付部として機能する半径方向において内側のエラストマー層(7)の接続層が磁化されていないことを特徴とするパルス発生器。 - 磁化可能なエラストマーによって完全に被覆されている金属からなる支持体を備えたハブの速度を検出する装置のパルス発生器であって、
前記支持体が、実質上長方形の断面を有する中実のリング状の金属コア(2)からなり、
断面において、前記金属コア(2)の軸方向の長さ(L)が当該金属コア(2)の半径方向の厚み(D)と同じであるか又は、前記金属コア(2)の軸方向の長さ(L)が当該金属コア(2)の半径方向の厚み(D)より大きく、前記半径方向の厚み(D)に対する前記軸方向の長さ(L)の比が最大2であり、
前記エラストマーに対する磁化が、前記金属コア(2)の半径方向において内側のエラストマー層(7)に実施され、前記ハブに対して前記金属コア(2)の取付部として機能する半径方向において外側のエラストマー層(6)の接続層が磁化されていないことを特徴とするパルス発生器。 - 前記接続層が軸方向に延伸している波形部(9)を有する請求項1又は2に記載のパルス発生器。
