ここで、波形溝部の溝の深さとは、粘着剤層の表面2と、波形溝部3の最深部との最短距離をいい、粘着剤層2の表面とは、波形溝部3を形成する前の粘着剤層2の表面とする。
目付が80g/m2の上質紙の一面に厚みが25μmのポリエチレン層が積層一体化されなる離型紙を用意した。この離型紙のポリエチレン層の表面には、粘着剤層の表面に形成しようとする波形溝部の形状及びパターンに対応した状態に、断面台形状の凸条部が形成されていた。
各波形溝部について、凸円弧状溝部の一端又は他端から頂点までの高さH1,凹円弧状溝部の一端又は他端から頂点までの高さH2、凸円弧状溝部及び凹円弧状溝部の合計の波長S、互いに隣接する波形溝部間の間隔W、及び、波形溝部の凸円弧状溝部の切除長さRが表2に示した通りとなるように転写溝部が形成された銅版を用意したこと以外は実施例1と同様にして粘着シートを得た。なお、波形溝部の溝幅は45μm、溝の深さは18μmであった。
図10に示したように、実施例1で形成した粘着剤層の波形溝部において、互いに振幅方向に隣接する波形溝部同士が複数本の直線状の連結溝部で連結されるように転写溝部が形成された銅版を用意したこと以外は実施例1と同様にして粘着シートを得た。
ポリエチレン層上に凸条部を形成していない離型紙を用い、粘着シートの粘着剤層の表面に波形溝部を形成しなかったこと以外は実施例1と同様にして粘着シートを得た。
図11に示したように、溝部が格子状に形成されるように転写溝部が形成された銅版を用いたこと以外は実施例1と同様にして粘着シートを得た。溝部の幅は50μm、溝部の深さは18μmであった。互いに隣接する平行な溝部間の間隔は500μmであった。

各波形溝部について、凸円弧状溝部の一端又は他端から頂点までの高さH1,凹円弧状溝部の一端又は他端から頂点までの高さH2、凸円弧状溝部及び凹円弧状溝部の合計の波長S、互いに隣接する波形溝部間の間隔W、及び、波形溝部の凸円弧状溝部の切除長さRが表3に示した通りとなるように転写溝部が形成された銅版を用意したこと以外は実施例1と同様にして粘着シートを得た。粘着シートの粘着剤層の表面に形成された波形溝部の一部を図12に示した。なお、波形溝部の溝幅は30μm、溝の深さは12μmであった。波形溝部は全て同一であって、波形溝部間の間隔Wは500μmであった。
各波形溝部について、凸円弧状溝部の一端又は他端から頂点までの高さH1,凹円弧状溝部の一端又は他端から頂点までの高さH2、凸円弧状溝部及び凹円弧状溝部の合計の波長S、互いに隣接する波形溝部間の間隔W、及び、波形溝部の凸円弧状溝部の切除長さRが表4に示した通りとなるように転写溝部が形成された銅版を用意したこと以外は実施例1と同様にして粘着シートを得た。なお、波形溝部の溝幅は30μm、溝の深さは12μmであった。波形溝部は、第1の波形溝部と第2の波形溝部とが振幅方向に交互に形成されていた。波形溝部間の間隔Wは500μmであった。
得られた粘着シートから一辺が15cmの平面正方形状の試験片を切り出した。一方、一辺が15cmの平面正方形状のアクリル板を用意した。アクリル板の平滑面に試験片をその粘着剤層によって全面的に同時に貼着させた。アクリル板と粘着シートとの間に形成された空気溜まりを指先で押圧した後の状態を目視観察して下記基準に基づいて判断した。
良(good) :空気溜まりが殆ど消えたが僅かに空気溜まりが残った。
不良(bad) :空気溜まりは小さくなるが空気溜まりは殆ど残った。
不可(very bad) :空気溜まりは殆ど小さくならず空気溜まりは殆ど残った。
得られた粘着シートから一辺が5cmの平面正方形状の試験片を切り出した。一方、一辺が10cmの平面正方形状の透明なガラス板を用意した。試験片とガラス板との間に空気溜まりが生じないように、ガラス板上に試験片をその端部から徐々に貼着した。
良(good) :試験片の表面の光沢が僅かに不均一であったが溝部は視認できなかった。
不良(bad) :溝部に起因して干渉縞が発生し、この干渉縞によって試験片の表面の光沢が不均一となった。
不可(very bad) :溝部が明確に視認でき、試験片の外観を完全に損なっていた。

- シート状基材と、このシート状基材の一面に積層一体化されてなる粘着剤層であって、表面に、凸円弧状溝部と凹円弧状溝部とが交互に連なってなる波形溝部を複数個有する上記粘着剤層とを有し、複数個の上記波形溝部は、上記波形溝部の振幅方向に間隔を存して形成されており、上記波形溝部の振幅方向に互いに隣接する任意の二つの波形溝部をそれぞれ一方の波形溝部と他方の波形溝部とした時に、上記一方の波形溝部を構成している互いに連続する凸円弧状溝部及び凹円弧状溝部の合計の波長と、上記他方の波形溝部を構成している凸円弧状溝部及び凹円弧状溝部であって、上記一方の波形溝部を構成している上記凸円弧状溝部及び上記凹円弧状溝部に対応する上記凸円弧状溝部及び上記凹円弧状溝部の合計の波長とが相違することを特徴とする粘着シート。
- 凸円弧状溝部及び凹円弧状溝部がsin関数で描かれる円弧であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の粘着シート。
- 振幅方向に繰返し形成された複数の波形溝部中に、連続する凸円弧状溝部及び凹円弧状溝部の合計の波長が一定長さを有する波形溝部を含む第一ブロック部と、連続する凸円弧状溝部及び凹円弧状溝部が上記波形溝部の上記合計の波長とは異なる合計の波長を有する波形溝部を含む第二ブロック部とを有する波形溝部を含有していることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の粘着シート。
- 波形溝部の振幅が一定であり、振幅方向に互いに隣接する波形溝部の頂点間には隙間が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の粘着シート。
