- 制御装置付車両ブレーキ装置の少なくとも1つの車両ブレーキ、マスターシリンダ、圧力流体リザーバ、あるいは、圧力流体アキュムレータに圧力流体を供給するため、
閉鎖部材(52)を備えた収容部材(3)の段付孔(64)内に、ピストン(16,17)が移動可能に配置され、
このピストン(16,17)は、少なくとも一部がスリーブ(18,19)内を案内され、
このスリーブ(18,19)は、前記ピストン(16,17)と同軸状に配置されかつピストン(16,17)が中に突入する吐出チャンバ(24,25)を通気するために使用される逆止弁(32,33,36,37)を有し、
前記ピストン(16,17)とサポート(47)との間で、前記スリーブ内に戻しばね(41)が設けられる、ピストンポンプ(10)において、
前記スリーブ(18,19)は、ラジアルフランジ(51)を有し、このラジアルフランジ(51)は、スリーブ(18,19)を軸方向位置に固定するために、閉鎖部材(52)と収容部材(3)との間に押圧され、更に、
このピストンポンプは、前記スリーブ(18,19)と、戻しばね(41)と、逆止弁(32,33,36,37)と、弁ばね(56,56’)用ガイド部(58,58’)を設けられた保持部材(57,57’)とを少なくとも有する、独立して動作可能なモジュラーユニットとして形成されたポンプカートリッジを備え、前記サポート(47)は、前記スリーブ(18)のラジアルフランジ(51)に平板状に当接するラジアルフランジ(48)を有する部材として形成されることを特徴とするピストンポンプ。 - 前記段付孔(64)は、ラジアルフランジ(51)が軸方向にのみ当接するように、ラジアルフランジ(51)よりも大きく形成された内径を有している内孔段部(69)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のピストンポンプ。
- 前記スリーブ(18,19)は、戻しばね(41)用のサポート(47)として使用され、この戻しばね(41)の一端部が当接する底部領域(50)と壁部(49)とを備えたボウル形状部を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のピストンポンプ。
- 前記スリーブ(18,19)の一部は、断面が実質的にV字形状またはU字形状をなするように湾曲されて、壁部(49)とカラー(53)との間に設けられた凹部が戻しばねを収容するために使用され、カラー(53)によって形成された外側凹部が、戻しばね(41)、スリーブ(18,19)、および逆止弁(36,37)が半径方向Rにおける少なくとも一部の領域を互いに交差させる態様で、逆止弁(36,37)を収容することを特徴とする請求項3に記載のピストンポンプ。
- 逆止弁(36,37)用の前記弁座(54)は、前記スリーブ(18,19)の底部領域内に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のピストンポンプ。
- 前記弁座(54)は、前記カラー(53)に設けられることを特徴とする請求項4または5に記載のピストンポンプ。
- 前記弁座の領域内の前記カラー(53)は、実質的に円錐形状部分を有し、この円錐形状部分の径は、戻しばね(41)の径に基本的に対応しており、この円錐形状部分は、戻しばね(41)と係合することを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載のピストンポンプ。
- 前記閉鎖部材(52)は、ボウル形状に形成され、端面(67)と底部(68)とを設けた壁部(66)を有し、少なくともサポート(47)を設けた前記スリーブ(18,19)は、閉鎖部材(52)の内部スペースに収容され、前記端面(67)は、ラジアルフランジ(51)を内孔段部(69)に当接させた状態に維持することを特徴とする請求項3に記載のピストンポンプ。
- 前記スリーブ(18,19)と、特にサポート(47)とは、複数の金属板状部材として形成され、これらの金属板状部材は、ラジアルフランジ(51)の領域内で、かしめまたはプレス係合によって閉鎖部材(52)に取付けられることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のピストンポンプ。
