C4−フラクションから抽出蒸留により獲得した粗−1,3−ブタジエン流、C4H6を80理論段数を有する蒸留カラムに、下から上方に数えて25番目の理論段に供給する。粗−1,3−ブタジエン流C4H6は次の組成を有した(質量%):
プロピン 0.11
1,3−ブタジエン 98.58
1,2−ブタジエン 0.30
1−ブチン 0.30
ビニルアセチレン 0.56
水 0.15。
プロピン 0.11
1,3−ブタジエン 99.73
水 0.16
並びに次の組成(質量%)を有する塔底部流KI−S:
シス−ブテン−2 0.52
1,3−ブタジエン 40.0
1,2−ブタジエン 15.1
1−ブチン 13.75
ビニルアセチレン 29.17
3−メチルブテン−1 0.98
2−メチルブテン−2 0.48
に分離した。
プロピン 79.52
1,3−ブタジエン 20.0および
水 0.48
を有する塔頂部流KII−Kと、1,3−ブタジエン含量99.99%の純粋−1,3−ブタジエンを包含する塔底部流KII−Sに分離した。塔底部流KII−Sを有価生成物として取り出した。
Claims (4)
- 選択溶媒(LM)を用いてC4−フラクション(C4)を抽出蒸留することにより得られ、かつ選択溶媒(LM)にブタンおよびブテンより良好に溶解する、C4−フラクション(C4)からの炭化水素を包含する、炭化水素の混合物を連続的に分離する方法において、この混合物を第1の蒸留カラム(K1)に供給し、その中でこれを1,3−ブタジエン、プロピン、場合によりその他の低沸点物および場合により水を包含する塔頂部流(KI−K)と1,3−ブタジエン、1,2−ブタジエン、アセチレン並びに場合によりその他の高沸点物を包含する塔底部流(KI−S)とに分離し、その際蒸留カラム(KI)の塔底部流(KI−S)中の1,3−ブタジエン割合を、少なくともアセチレンが自然分解危険範囲の外側に希釈されているほど高く制御し、かつ第1の蒸留カラム(KI)の塔頂部流(KI−K)を第2の蒸留カラム(KII)に供給し、第2の蒸留カラム(KII)中で、プロピン、場合によりその他の低沸点物および場合により水を包含する塔頂部流(KII−K)と純粋−1,3−ブタジエンを包含する塔底部流(KII−S)に分離することを特徴とする、炭化水素の混合物の連続的分離法。
- 蒸留カラム(KI)の塔底部流(KI−S)中の1,3−ブタジエンの割合を、塔底部流(KI−S)中のアセチレンの割合が30モル%未満であるように制御する、請求項1記載の分離法。
- 蒸留カラム(KI)からの塔底部流および第2の蒸留カラム(KII)からの塔頂部流を反応蒸留カラム(RDK)に供給し、その中で不均質触媒中で水素を用いて三重結合を有する炭化水素を二重結合を有する炭化水素への選択的水素添加を実施し、アセチレンの部分変換において、1,3−ブタジエン、ブタン、ブテン並びに水素添加されていない三重結合を有する炭化水素を包含する塔頂部流と高沸点物を包含する塔底部流とを獲得し、塔底部流を取り出す、請求項1記載の分離法。
- 反応蒸留カラム(RDK)からの塔頂部流(RDK−K)またはその部分流を抽出蒸留中に再循環させる、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の分離法。
