Abstract
"PROCESSO CONTìNUO PARA SEPARAçãO DE UMA MISTURA DE HIDROCARBONETOS". A invenção refere-se a um processo contínuo para a separação de uma mistura de hidrocarbonetos, obtida por meio de destilação extrativa de uma fração C~ 4~ (C~ 4~) com um solvente seletivo (LM) e compreendendo os hidrocarbonetos da fração C~ 4~ (C~ 4~), que são mais solúveis no solvente seletivo (LM) do que butano e buteno. A mistura é introduzida em uma primeira coluna de destilação (K I), em que referida mistura é separada em uma corrente de topo (K I-K), compreendendo 1,3-butadieno , propino, opcionalmente componentes adicionais com baixo ponto de ebulição e opcionalmente água e uma corrente de fundo (K I-S) compreendendo 1,3-butadieno, 1,2-butadieno, acetileno e opcionalmente componentes adicionais com alto ponto de ebulição, sendo que a proporção de 1,3-butadieno na corrente de fundo (K I-S) da coluna de destilação (K I) é regulada de tal forma que seja pelo menos suficientemente alta para diluir o acetileno daquela região com um risco de decomposição espontânea. A corrente de topo (K I-K) da primeira coluna de destilação (K I) é introduzida em uma segunda coluna de destilação (K II) e separado na segunda coluna de destilação (K II) em uma corrente de topo (K II-K), compreendendo propino, opcionalmente componentes adicionais com baixo ponto de ebulição e opcionalmente água, e uma corrente de fundo (K II-S) compreendendo 1,3-butadieno puro.
