Claims (17)
- 水の供給源と、重炭酸塩濃縮物および塩化ナトリウム濃縮物の別々の供給源とを有する透析液調整システムを含む透析装置を用いた体外回路のプライミングの方法において、該体外回路は、患者へ接続可能な、患者から採血するための動脈ライン、患者へ接続可能な、静脈リザーバより患者に血液を戻すための静脈ライン、および透析器により構成され、該方法は、
上記水の供給源と上記塩化ナトリウムの供給源より食塩溶液を調整して、重炭酸塩濃縮物を含まない食塩溶液を得る段階と、
上記動脈ラインを透析器に連結する段階と、
上記体外回路セットをこの重炭酸塩濃縮物を含まない食塩溶液にて満たす段階とを含む、体外回路のプライミングの方法。 - 塩化ナトリウムを水に溶解させることにより上記の塩化ナトリウム濃縮物を調整する段階をさらに有する、請求項1に記載の体外回路のプライミングの方法。
- 上記の動脈ラインは、望ましくは限外ろ過装置を配備したインフュージョンラインを介して、透析器に連結されている、請求項2に記載の体外回路のプライミングの方法。
- 前記食塩溶液はさらに、少量の他の電解質と、そして、カリウム、カルシウム、マグネシウム、酸を含有する、もしくは含有しないグルコースといったような、透析液の他の成分を含有する、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の体外回路のプライミングの方法。
- 前記透析装置は主流路を有しており、この流路を上記食塩溶液によってプライミングする段階と、さらに好ましくは透析器の透析液コンパートメントに注入を行う段階とを有する、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の体外回路のプライミングの方法。
- 前記透析装置は限外ろ過装置を配備したインフュージョンラインを有し、該インフュージョンラインを動脈血液ラインに連結し、かつ静脈血液ラインを使い捨てバッグまたは他のタイプのドレインに連結する段階と、次に、望ましくは動脈ラインより開始する、体外回路への注入を開始する段階とを有する、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の体外回路のプライミングの方法。
- 上記水の供給源からの水および/または上記の食塩溶液を1個以上の限外ろ過装置に通過させ、バクテリアおよび内毒素を除去する段階をさらに有する、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の体外回路のプライミングの方法。
- 前記透析装置の体外回路への注入準備が完了したという表示をあたえる段階をさらに有する、請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の体外回路のプライミングの方法。
- 上記食塩溶液は約154mmol/lのナトリウムイオン濃度により実質的に生理的である、請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の体外回路のプライミングの方法。
- プライミング完了後、ナトリウムイオン濃度は約154mmol/lから約140mmol/lまで低下され、重炭酸イオン濃度は約0mmol/lから約34mmol/lまで上昇される、請求項6に記載の体外回路のプライミングの方法。
- 水の供給源(10、11、12)と、そして重炭酸塩濃縮物と塩化ナトリウム濃縮物の別々の供給源(20、15)とを有する透析液調整システムを含む透析装置において、該透析装置はさらに、前記塩化ナトリウム濃縮物の供給源(15)からの塩化ナトリウム濃縮物と前記水の供給源からの水とを混合する手段(16、7)と、混合後の塩化ナトリウム濃度が所望の食塩溶液の塩化ナトリウム濃度とほぼ同一となるように、該水と該塩化ナトリウム濃縮物との混合比を調整する手段(9、58)と、前記塩化ナトリウム濃縮物の供給源(15)からの塩化ナトリウム濃縮物と前記水の供給源からの水とを混合する手段(16、7)により塩化ナトリウム濃縮物と水とを混合してできた、重炭酸塩濃縮物を含まない食塩溶液を透析装置からインフュージョンライン(44)の入口端部へ移す手段とを備え、該透析装置がさらに、透析器もしくは血液ろ過装置と血液チューブ系セットとを含む体外回路に連結可能であり、該血液チューブ系セットが、患者へ接続可能な、患者から採血するための動脈ライン(80)と、患者へ接続可能な、静脈リザーバより患者に血液を戻すための静脈ライン(70)とを含み、前記動脈ライン(80)の患者側端部が前記インフュージョンライン(44)の出口端部に接続可能である、透析装置。
- 上記混合する手段が、下流に導電度セル(9)が配置された混合ポイント(7)を有する、請求項11に記載の透析装置。
- 前記所望の食塩溶液の塩化ナトリウムの濃度に一致する塩化ナトリウム濃度の設定値を有する手段をさらに含む、請求項12に記載の透析装置。
- 塩化ナトリウム濃度の設定値は150乃至158mmol/lの範囲であり、望ましくは153乃至155mmol/lであり、さらに望ましくは154mmol/lである、請求項13に記載の透析装置。
- 望ましくは上記導電度セルからの信号に反応して、上記水と上記塩化ナトリウム濃縮物の混合比を調整する手段をさらに含む、請求項11から14のいずれかに記載の透析装置。
- 上記インフュージョンライン(44)が限外ろ過装置(46)を含む、請求項11から14のいずれかに記載の透析装置。
- 上記の水、透析液、または食塩溶液の流路に少なくとも1個の限外ろ過装置(11、46、48)をさらに有する、請求項11から16のいずれかに記載の透析装置。
