Claims (8)
- 油圧ポンプの圧油を制御し、且つ、アクチュエータを駆動する油圧制御回路において、
操作量に応じる操作信号を発生する操作レバーと、
前記油圧ポンプと前記アクチュエータとを連結する供給ライン上に設けられ、パイロット信号圧により作動され、前記油圧ポンプから吐出されて、前記アクチュエータに供給される圧油の流れを制御する制御弁と、
前記制御弁の端部に設けられ、前記制御弁の切換位置を検出する変位センサーと、
前記供給ライン上に設けられ、前記油圧ポンプ側に作用するポンプ圧力を検出するポンプ圧力センサーと、
外部の制御信号により作動し、前記制御弁にパイロット信号圧を供給する少なくとも一つ以上の電磁比例弁及び、
前記操作レバーの操作信号を受けて、前記制御弁に供給されるパイロット信号圧を決定し、それに該当する制御信号を前記電磁比例弁に出力し、且つ、前記変位センサーと前記ポンプ圧力センサーとの信号を受け、貯蔵されていた前記パイロット信号圧の参考データと比較して、前記制御弁の切換位置と前記ポンプ圧力に、共に誤差が生じる場合、前記制御弁の切換位置を補正するためのストロークエラー補正制御信号を前記電磁比例弁に出力する制御器とを包含することを特徴とする油圧制御回路。 - 前記制御器の前記参考データは、パイロット信号圧の変化に対する前記制御弁の切換位置変化量と、パイロット信号圧の変化に対する前記ポンプ圧力の変化量であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の油圧制御回路。
- 前記制御器の前記参考データは、パイロット信号圧の変化に対する前記制御弁の切換位置変化量と、前記制御弁の切換位置変化に対する前記ポンプ圧力の変化量であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の油圧制御回路。
- 前記参考データとして貯蔵される前記ポンプ圧力の変化量は、前記制御弁の製作公差を考慮したポンプ圧力の最大値と最小値間の圧力範囲であることを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の油圧制御回路。
- 操作レバーが操作されると、電磁比例弁により制御弁を作動させ、油圧ポンプの圧油を制御することによって、アクチュエータを駆動するための油圧制御方法において、
操作量に応じて前記操作レバーが発生する操作信号を受信する第1ステップと、
受信された操作信号に対応して前記制御弁に供給されるパイロット信号圧を決定し、それに当該する制御信号を前記電磁比例弁に出力する第2ステップと、
前記油圧ポンプ側に作用するポンプ圧力を検出するポンプ圧力センサーの信号と、前記制御弁の切換位置を検出する変位センサーの信号を受信する第3ステップと、
前記ポンプ圧力センサーの信号と前記変位センサーの信号とを、貯蔵されていた前記パイロット信号圧の参考データと比較して、前記制御弁の切換位置と前記ポンプ圧力に、共に誤差が生じる場合、前記制御弁が正常的に作動できなかったと判断する第4ステップ及び、
前記制御弁が正常的に作動できなかったと判断される場合、前記制御弁の切換位置を補正するためのストロークエラー補正制御信号を前記電磁比例弁に出力する第5ステップとを包含して成されることを特徴とする油圧制御方法。 - 前記参考データは、パイロット信号圧の変化に対する前記制御弁の切換位置変化量と、パイロット信号圧の変化に対する前記ポンプ圧力の変化量であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の油圧制御方法。
- 前記制御器の前記参考データは、パイロット信号圧の変化に対する前記制御弁の切換位置変化量と、前記制御弁の切換位置変化に対する前記ポンプ圧力の変化量であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の油圧制御方法。
- 前記参考データとして貯蔵される前記ポンプ圧力の変化量は、前記制御弁の製作公差を考慮したポンプ圧力の最大値と最小値間の圧力範囲であることを 特徴とする請求項6又は7に記載の油圧制御方法。
