Claims (10)
- 유압펌프의 압유를 제어하여 액추에이터를 구동하는 유압제어회로에 있어서:조작량에 따른 조작신호를 발생하는 조작레버(14);유압펌프(1)와 액추에이터(2)를 연결하는 공급라인(10)상에 설치되며, 파일럿 신호압에 의해 작동되어 유압펌프(1)에서 토출되어 액추에이터(2)에 공급되는 압유의 흐름을 제어하는 제어밸브(3);상기 제어밸브(3)의 단부에 설치되어 제어밸브(3)의 절환위치를 검출하는 변위센서(22);상기 공급라인(10)상에 설치되어 유압펌프(1)측에 작용하는 펌프압력을 검출하는 펌프압력센서(23);외부의 제어신호에 의해 작동되어 제어밸브(3)에 파일럿 신호압을 공급하는 적어도 하나 이상의 전자비례밸브(13); 및상기 조작레버(14)의 조작신호를 입력받아 제어밸브(3)에 공급될 파일럿 신호압을 결정하여 그에 해당하는 제어신호를 전자비례밸브(13)에 출력하되, 변위센서(22)와 펌프압력센서(23)의 신호를 입력받아 저장된 기준데이터(21a,21b)와 비교하여, 현재 파일럿 신호압의 기준데이터에 대하여 제어밸브(3)의 절환위치와 펌프압력 모두에 오차가 발생되는 경우, 제어밸브(3)의 절환위치를 보정하기 위한 스트로크 에러보정 제어신호를 전자비례밸브(13)에 출력하는 제어부(17)를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압제어회로.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제어기(17)의 기준데이터는 파일럿 신호압의 변화에 대한 제어밸브(3)의 절환위치 변화량과, 파일럿 신호압의 변화에 대한 제어밸브(3)의 제작공차를 고려한 펌프 압력의 최대치와 최소치사이의 압력범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 유압제어회로.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제어기(17)의 기준데이터는 파일럿 신호압의 변화에 대한 제어밸브(3)의 절환위치 변화량과, 제어밸브(3)의 절환위치 변화에 대한 제어밸브(3)의 제작공차를 고려한 펌프 압력의 최대치와 최소치사이의 압력범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 유압제어회로.
- 삭제
- 조작레버가 조작되면 전자비례밸브에 의해 제어밸브를 작동시켜 유압펌프의 압유를 제어함으로써 액추에이터를 구동하기 위한 유압제어방법에 있어서:조작량에 따라 상기 조작레버가 발생하는 조작신호를 수신하는 제1 단계;수신된 조작신호에 대응하여 상기 제어밸브에 공급될 파일럿 신호압을 결정하고, 그에 해당하는 제어신호를 상기 전자비례밸브에 출력하는 제2 단계;상기 유압펌프 측에 작용하는 펌프압력을 검출하는 펌프압력센서의 신호와 상기 제어밸브의 절환위치를 검출하는 변위센서의 신호를 수신하는 제3 단계;상기 펌프압력센서의 신호와 상기 변위센서의 신호를 저장된 기준데이터와 비교하여 상기 제어밸브의 정상 작동 여부를 판단하는 제4 단계; 및상기 제어밸브가 정상적으로 작동하지 않는 것으로 판단된 경우 상기 제어밸브의 절환위치를 보정하기 위한 스트로크 에러보정 제어신호를 상기 전자비례밸브에 출력하는 제5 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압제어방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 제4 단계는 현재 파일럿 신호압의 상기 기준데이터에 대하여 상기 제어 밸브의 절환위치와 상기 펌프압력 모두에 오차가 발생하는 경우 상기 제어밸브가 정상적으로 작동하지 않는 것으로 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압제어방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 기준데이터는 파일럿 신호압의 변화에 대한 상기 절환밸브의 절환위치 변화량과, 파일럿 신호압의 변화에 대한 상기 펌프압력의 변화량인 것을 특징으로 하는 유압제어방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 제어기의 상기 기준데이터는 파일럿 신호압의 변화에 대한 상기 절환밸브의 절환위치 변화량과, 상기 절환밸브의 절환위치 변화에 대한 상기 펌프압력의 변화량인 것을 특징으로 하는 유압제어방법.
- 제 8 항 또는 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 기준데이터로 저장되는 상기 펌프압력의 변화량은 상기 제어밸브의 제작 공차를 고려한 펌프압력의 최대치와 최소치 사이의 압력범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 유압제어방법.
