Claims (13)
- 少なくとも1つの摩擦部材(16)を押圧してブレーキ操作される回転要素(14)に摩擦力を付与するために、作動力を生成してその作動力を前記摩擦部材(16)に作用させる電気アクチュエータと、前記摩擦部材(16)および前記電気アクチュエータ間に配置され、前記電気アクチュエータによって生じた作動力を自己倍力し、かつ対向軸受(22)に支持される傾斜角αで傾斜された少なくとも1つの楔(18)を有する自己倍力装置とを備えている、特に車両用の電気機械式ブレーキ(10)において、
前記電気アクチュエータは、前記楔(18)に互いに向き合って作用して作動力を生成する2つの駆動機構(34,34′)を有し、低作動力の範囲、すなわち、tanαの値が、摩擦係数であるμの値に等しいあるいは少なくとも略等しい(但し、μは前記摩擦部材(16)とブレーキ操作される前記要素(14)との間の摩擦係数)範囲内で、前記2つの駆動機構(34,34′)は互いに向き合って作用して作動力を生成するようになっていることを特徴とする電気機械式ブレーキ。 - 前記低作動力範囲において、前記2つの駆動機構(34,34′)は、張力の余剰分が作動力として作動方向に残るべく前記楔(18)を引っ張ることによって作動力を生成していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気機械式ブレーキ。
- 前記低作動力範囲において、前記2つの駆動機構(34,34′)は、圧縮力の余剰分が作動力として作動方向に残るべく前記楔(18)を押圧することによって作動力を生成していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気機械式ブレーキ。
- 前記2つの駆動機構(34,34′)の作動方向は逆転可能であり、前記2つの駆動機構(34,34′)は、より高い作動力を得るために同じ方向に作用するようになっていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の電気機械式ブレーキ。
- 前記2つの駆動機構(34,34′)は、それぞれリニアアクチュエータの形式であることを特徴とする先行する請求項のいずれか1つに記載の電気機械式ブレーキ。
- 前記リニアアクチュエータのそれぞれは、スピンドルナットが一体化された電動モータ(36,36′)と、連結ロッド(38,38′)として構成されるスピンドルと、回転角センサとを有していることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の電気機械式ブレーキ。
- 前記楔(18)の位置は制御されるようになっていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の電気機械式ブレーキ。
- 前記位置制御は、外側制御ループおよび内側制御ループを有するカスケード制御によって行われ、前記外側制御ループの制御変数はブレーキモーメントであり、前記外側制御の操作変数は前記楔(18)に接合される前記摩擦部材(16)の位置であり、前記内側制御ループの制御変数は前記楔(18)に接合される前記摩擦部材(16)の(前記リニアアクチュエータの位置信号から決定される)位置であり、前記内側制御ループの操作変数は前記リニアアクチュエータの前記電動モータ(36,36′)のモータ電流またはモータ電圧であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の電気機械式ブレーキ。
- ブレーキ操作される前記要素の2つの回転方向のそれぞれに対し、前記楔(18)は特に同一の傾斜角αを有する少なくとも1つの楔面(20,20′)を有していることを特徴とする先行する請求項のいずれか1つに記載の電気機械式ブレーキ。
- 前記対向軸受(22)は、ブレーキ操作される前記要素(14)を覆うキャリパ(26)に支持されていることを特徴とする先行する請求項のいずれか1つに記載の電気機械式ブレーキ。
- ブレーキ操作される前記要素(14)はブレーキディスクであり、前記キャリパ(26)は滑動キャリパであることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の電気機械式ブレーキ。
- 比較装置をさらに設け、前記比較装置は摩擦力の実値を摩擦力の設定値と比較し、実値が設定値から離れているとき、前記電気アクチュエータを始動し、生成している作動力を比較結果に応じて増減させ、摩擦力の実値を設定値と等しくするようになっていることを特徴とする先行する請求項のいずれか1つに記載の電気機械式ブレーキ。
- 前記楔(18)が作動方向に移動するにつれて、前記傾斜角αが減少するようになっていることを特徴とする先行する請求項のいずれか1つに記載の電気機械式ブレーキ。
