Claims (14)
- 電力源に接続されたときに熱を生成する加熱デバイスにおいて、
基材と、
抵抗材料層と、
上記抵抗材料層に電流を供給するためのバス構造を形成する導電材料層と、を含んでおり、
上記バス構造は、前記加熱デバイスの周縁部の回りに延在する第1バス用アースと、該第1バス用アースにより境界付けられた領域に亙り延在する少なくとも2本の蛇行経路を含んでいて前記第1バス用アースに電気接続されている第1バスと、上記少なくとも2本の蛇行経路の間に位置された第2バス用アースと、上記第1バス用アースと上記少なくとも2本の蛇行経路との間に配置された第2バスとを含んでいる、加熱デバイス。 - 前記少なくとも2本の蛇行経路は交互配置された内向き湾曲部および外向き湾曲部を含む、請求項1記載の加熱デバイス。
- 前記第2バス用アースは、前記少なくとも2本の蛇行経路の前記内向き湾曲部内へと延在する第2バス用アース延長部を含む、請求項2記載の加熱デバイス。
- 前記第2バスは、前記少なくとも2本の蛇行経路の前記外向き湾曲部内へと延在する第2バス延長部を含む、請求項3記載の加熱デバイス。
- 前記第2バス用アース延長部および前記第2バス延長部は前記加熱デバイスを貫通する開孔を形成する円形部分を有する、請求項4記載の加熱デバイス。
- 前記第2バスは、第1短寸脚部と第1長寸脚部とを備えた第1のL形状部分と、第2短寸脚部と第2長寸脚部とを備えた第2のL形状部分とを含む、請求項5記載の加熱デバイス。
- 前記第1短寸脚部および前記第2短寸脚部は前記加熱デバイスの第1縁部に沿って共直線的であり、且つ、上記第1短寸脚部と上記第2短寸脚部との間には前記少なくとも2本の蛇行経路が貫通延在する空間が形成される、請求項6記載の加熱デバイス。
- 前記第1長寸脚部は前記加熱デバイスの第2縁部に沿って延在し且つ前記第2長寸脚部は前記加熱デバイスの第3縁部に沿って延在し、上記第1長寸脚部は上記第2長寸脚部に対して平行である、請求項7記載の加熱デバイス。
- 前記第1長寸脚部および前記第2長寸脚部は前記第1短寸脚部および前記第2短寸脚部に対して直交する、請求項8記載の加熱デバイス。
- 前記第2バス用アースは前記第1長寸脚部および前記第2長寸脚部に対して平行である、請求項9記載の加熱デバイス。
- 前記少なくとも2本の蛇行経路は突出部分を含む、請求項10記載の加熱デバイス。
- 前記第2バス用アース延長部は突出部分を含む、請求項11記載の加熱デバイス。
- 前記第2バス延長部は突出部分を含む、請求項12記載の加熱デバイス。
- 前記抵抗層の抵抗は温度上昇により増大し、それにより、自己調整式温度特性を有する、請求項1記載の加熱デバイス。
