Claims (10)
- 電力源に接続されたときに熱を生成する加熱デバイスにおいて、
可撓部材の下方に位置された電気絶縁性基材を含み、該基材はポリマーフィルムより形成されており、
さらに、
所定パターンをなして上記基材上にスクリーン印刷されることでバス構造を形成する導電層を含み、該導電層の耐久性を改善すべく上記基材が撓曲作用を受けたときに前記基材は前記導電層の伸びを制限するようになっており、前記導電層は、前記加熱デバイスを貫通する開口を囲繞する複数の円形部分を含んでおり、
さらに、
前記加熱デバイスの上記バス構造に電力源が接続されたときに熱が生成される如く上記導電層に装着された抵抗層と、を含む、加熱デバイス。 - 電力源に接続されたときに熱を生成する加熱デバイスにおいて、
自身を貫通する少なくとも一個の開口を有する電気絶縁性基材と、該基材はポリマーフィルムより形成されており、
所定パターンをなして上記基材上にスクリーン印刷されることでバス構造を形成する導電層を含み、前記導電層は、前記開口を囲繞する複数の円形部分を含んでおり、
さらに、
前記加熱デバイスの上記バス構造に電力源が接続されたときに熱が生成される如く上記導電層に装着された抵抗層と、
を含む、電力源に接続されたときに熱を生成する加熱デバイス。 - 前記基材は誘電膜基材である、請求項1または2記載の加熱デバイス。
- 前記抵抗層は上昇温度に応じて増大する抵抗を有しており、それにより、自己調整式温度特性を有する、請求項1または2記載の加熱デバイス。
- 難燃性材料を更に備えて成る、請求項1または2記載の加熱デバイス。
- 前記加熱デバイスは自動車用の座席ヒータである、請求項1または2記載の加熱デバイス。
- 自動車で使用される加熱デバイスを組立てる組立方法において、
ポリマーフィルムから形成される電気絶縁性基材を配備する段階と、
上記基材上に導電層をスクリーン印刷する段階とを含み、上記基材は該導電層の伸びを制限するようになっており、
さらに、
上記導電層上に抵抗層を装着する段階を含み、上記導電層および該抵抗層は電力源から電気を供給されるときに熱を生成するようになっており、前記導電層は、前記加熱デバイスを貫通する開口を囲繞する複数の円形部分を含んでおり、
さらに、
織地材料、接着剤および難燃性材料の内の少なくともひとつを上記基材のいずれかの側に装着する段階と、
そのようにして形成されたアセンブリを座席用外側材料と座席用内側材料との間に位置決めする段階と、を含む、組立方法。 - 自動車で使用される加熱デバイスを組立てる組立方法において、
ポリマーフィルムから形成される電気絶縁性基材を配備する段階と、
上記基材上に導電層をスクリーン印刷する段階とを含み、上記基材は該導電層の伸びを制限するようになっており、前記導電層は、前記加熱デバイスを貫通する開口を囲繞する複数の円形部分を含んでおり、
さらに、
上記導電層上に抵抗層を装着する段階を含み、上記導電層および該抵抗層は電力源から電気を供給されるときに熱を生成するようになっており、
さらに、
織地材料、接着剤および難燃性材料の内の少なくともひとつを上記基材のいずれかの側に装着する段階と、
そのようにして形成されたアセンブリを座席用外側材料と座席用内側材料との間に位置決めする段階と、を含んでおり、
織地材料、接着剤および難燃性材料の内の少なくともひとつを前記基材のいずれかの側に装着する前記段階は、前記抵抗層上に接着剤を装着する段階と該接着剤上に難燃性織地を装着する段階とを含み、且つ、前記座席用外側材料は掛け布であり且つ前記座席用内側材料は気泡ゴムであるようにした、組立方法。 - 前記円形部分は前記抵抗層内へと延在する突出部を備えている請求項1に記載の加熱デバイス。
- 前記円形部分は前記抵抗層内へと延在する突出部を備えている請求項7または8に記載の組立方法。
