Description
石炭灰、セメントおよび前記粉状スラグが混合されている造粒物で形成され、最大粒径が40mm以下の塊状スラグとを混合して形成される路盤材であって、
前記塊状スラグと混合される粉状スラグの混合割合が25重量%以上で70重量%以下の範囲であることを特徴とする路盤材である。
該スラグ造粒物と該粉状スラグとを、粉状スラグの混合割合が25重量%以上で70重量%以下の範囲となるように混合することを特徴とする路盤材の製造方法である。

Claims (3)
- 粒径450μm以下の割合が95重量%以上を占め、カルシウム分を35重量%以上含有する粉状スラグと、
石炭灰、セメントおよび前記粉状スラグが混合されている造粒物で形成され、最大粒径が40mm以下の塊状スラグとを混合して形成される路盤材であって、
前記塊状スラグと混合される粉状スラグの混合割合が25重量%以上で70重量%以下の範囲であることを特徴とする路盤材。 - 粒径450μm以下の割合が95重量%以上を占め、カルシウム分を35重量%以上含有する粉状スラグを、石炭灰およびセメントと混合して造粒し、最大粒径が40mm以下となる塊状のスラグ造粒物を形成し、
該スラグ造粒物と該粉状スラグとを、粉状スラグの混合割合が25重量%以上で70重量%以下の範囲となるように混合することを特徴とする路盤材の製造方法。 - 前記塊状のスラグ造粒物は、前記粉状スラグを、石炭灰およびセメントと混合して造粒した後、造粒物を破砕して最大粒径を40mm以下にすることを特徴とする請求項2記載の路盤材の製造方法。
