Claims (4)
- 機関本体(1)に揺動自在に軸支されて吸気弁(8i)及び排気弁(8e)をそれぞれ開閉駆動する吸気ロッカアーム(14i)及び排気ロッカアーム(14e)を備えた内燃機関において,
吸気ロッカアーム(14i)及び排気ロッカアーム(14e)間に,その両ロッカアーム(14i,14e)を自由にする非作動位置(A)と,吸気ロッカアーム(14i)が吸気弁(8i)の開弁方向に揺動するときのみ両ロッカアーム(14i,14e)間を連結して排気弁(8e)を開弁せる作動位置(B)との間を移動する一方向連結手段(26)を設け,この一方向連結手段(26)に,これを前記非作動位置(A)と作動位置(B)とに切り換えるアクチュエータ(30)を連結し,
前記アクチュエータ(30)を,それの負圧室(33)の導入負圧が所定値以上になると作動する負圧式に構成し,前記負圧室(33)を,気化器(7)の吸気道(40)に開口してスロットルバルブ(43)の所定の中間開度域で前記所定値以上の負圧を吸気道(40)から取り出す負圧取り出し孔(41)に連通することで,前記アクチュエータ(30)を,前記スロットルバルブ(43)の全閉位置から所定の低開度までの領域(L)と,所定の高開度以上の領域(H)とで非作動状態とし,所定の中間開度の領域(M)で作動状態としたことを特徴とする,内燃機関の排気還流装置。 - 請求項1記載の内燃機関の排気還流装置において,
前記一方向連結手段(26)を,吸気ロッカアーム(14i)に連動して揺動するように機関本体(1)に軸支され,且つ前記アクチュエータ(30)により非作動位置(A)と作動位置(B)とに切り換えられる副ロッカアーム(21)と,排気ロッカアーム(14e)に設けられ,副ロッカアーム(21)の作動位置(B)で吸気ロッカアーム(14i)が吸気弁(8i)の開弁方向に揺動するときのみ副ロッカアーム(21)と係合する連接片(25)とで構成したことを特徴とする,内燃機関の排気還流装置。 - 請求項1又は2記載の内燃機関の排気還流装置において,
前記アクチュエータ(30)を,それの作動ストロークが機関負荷に応じて変化するように構成し,前記一方向連結手段(26)を,前記アクチュエータ(30)の作動ストロークに応じて該一方向連結手段(26)による排気弁(8e)の開弁リフト(C)を変化させるように構成したことを特徴とする,内燃機関の排気還流装置。 - 請求項3記載の内燃機関の排気還流装置において,
前記一方向連結手段(26)を,吸気ロッカアーム(14i)に連動して揺動するように機関本体(1)に軸支され,且つ前記アクチュエータ(30)により前記作動位置(B)を作動開始点(B1)から作動限界点(B3)へと制御される副ロッカアーム(21)と,前記排気ロッカアーム(14e)に設けられ,前記副ロッカアーム(21)の作動開始点(B1)から作動限界点までの範囲で前記吸気ロッカアーム(14i)が吸気弁(8i)の開弁方向に揺動するときのみ副ロッカアーム(21)と係合する連接片(25)とで構成し,該連接片(25)を,該連接片(25)及び前記副ロッカアーム(21)間の対向間隙(g)が,該副ロッカアーム(21)の作動開始点(B1)から作動限界点(B3)側への移動に応じて変化するように形成したことを特徴とする,内燃機関の排気還流装置。
