Description
本発明の蛍光体は、一般式aAO・bEuO・DO・cSiO2で表される。ここで、AはCa、SrおよびBaから選ばれる少なくとも一種、DはMgおよびZnから選ばれる少なくとも一種であり、Aとして好ましくは、CaおよびSrであり、Dとして好ましくはMgである。a、b、cに関しては、2.970≦a≦3.500、0.001≦b≦0.030、1.900≦c≦2.100である。
Claims (4)
- 一般式aAO・bEuO・DO・cSiO2(AはCa、SrおよびBaから選ばれる少なくとも一種、DはMgおよびZnから選ばれる少なくとも一種、2.970≦a≦3.500、0.001≦b≦0.030、1.900≦c≦2.100)で表され、
光音響分光法による測定で得られるスペクトルのうち565cm-1のピーク強度を1としたときの1490cm-1のピーク強度が0.02〜0.8であり、
700〜1200℃で、炭酸ガスを含む混合ガス中で焼成して得られる蛍光体。 - 請求項1に記載の蛍光体を用いた蛍光体層を有する発光装置。
- プラズマディスプレイパネルである請求項2に記載の発光装置。
- 前記プラズマディスプレイパネルが、
前面板と、
前記前面板と対向配置された背面板と、
前記前面板と前記背面板の間隔を規定する隔壁と、
前記背面板または前記前面板の上に配設された一対の電極と、
前記電極に接続された外部回路と、
少なくとも前記電極間に存在し、前記電極間に前記外部回路により電圧を印加することにより真空紫外線を発生するキセノンを含有する放電ガスと、
前記真空紫外線により可視光を発する蛍光体層とを備え、
前記蛍光体層が青色蛍光体層を含み、前記青色蛍光体層が前記青色蛍光体を含有する請求項3に記載の発光装置。
