Description
図1に示すように、第1実施例では、ホイール1に装着した自転車用タイヤ外皮6のチューブ4の内部に、空気圧入用バルブ12を介して発泡性ポリウレタン系の弾性合成樹脂材料(日清紡績社製エアライトフォーム:ポリイソシアネートとポリオールからなる主剤と、発泡剤、触媒等からなる副剤を混合して用いる液状タイプ)を900gを図外の高圧発泡機を用いて混合、圧入し、これを常温で発泡・硬化反応させてタイヤ外皮6内を発泡弾性合成樹脂Eで充填し、自転車用ソリッドタイヤを製造した。

Claims (3)
- タイヤ外皮内のチューブのみの一部に多数の小孔を錐や千枚通しを用いて形成し、ホイールに装着したチューブにおける小孔を形成した部分を最上部に位置するようにホイールを傾け、チューブ内部に、空気圧入用バルブを介して発泡性の弾性合成樹脂材料をウエルドが小孔を形成した部分に形成されるように注入し、これを発泡・硬化反応させてタイヤ外皮内を充填することからなるソリッドタイヤの製造方法。
- 前記発泡性の弾性合成樹脂材料が発泡性ポリウレタンである請求項1に記載のソリッドタイヤの製造方法。
- 前記ホイールが自転車用ホイールである請求項1または2に記載のソリッドタイヤの製造方法。
