Description
珪素鉄粉末(JIS2号品)100質量部に、ポリビニルアルコール6質量%水溶液を10〜20質量部の範囲内で変量して混合し、プレス成形(圧力20MPa)して20〜30cm3 程度の円柱状成形体を成形し、120℃で10時間乾燥した。これを密閉炉に充填し、窒素雰囲気下、温度1500℃で3時間保持して窒化した後冷却して窒化珪素鉄インゴットを製造した。
コークス粉末10質量部の変わりに、黒鉛粉(0.1mm下)10質量部を用いたこと以外は、実施例2と同様にして耐火物を製造した。
コールタール10質量部の変わりに、フェノール樹脂10質量部(実施例10)又は流動パラフィン10質量部(実施例11)を用いたこと以外は、実施例1と同様にして耐火物を製造した。
窒化珪素鉄粉末として、電気化学工業社製商品名「ファイアレン」(Si3N482質量%、Fe5質量%、FeSi12質量%、平均粒径0.03mm)100質量部とファーネスブラック0.2質量部のボールミルによる混合物を用いたこと以外は、実施例1と同様にして耐火物を製造した。
回転ドラム法によりドラムの内側にサンプルを厚み50mmに内張りし、高温のスラグを入れ、中通しされた発熱体で1500℃に加熱し、ドラムを低速で回転させながら10時間侵食試験を行い、サンプルの厚みの減少量を侵食量(mm)として測定した。
アルゴンガス雰囲気中、1500℃に加熱して3点曲げ強度を測定した。
Claims (1)
- 窒化珪素鉄インゴットを平均粒径5〜30mmに粗砕した後、炭素(C)分の含有率が0.1〜5質量%となるように炭素粉を添加し、これを更に、平均粒径が1mm以下に微粉砕することを特徴とする窒化珪素鉄粉末の製造方法。
