Description
鉄鋼の転炉集塵水系において、粗粒分離器の入口で、ダストを含む集塵水に対してカチオン系高分子凝集剤としてジメチルアミノエチルアクリレートの塩化メチル4級化物ポリマーを3mg/L添加し、その後、粗粒分離器(スクリュータイプ)で粗粒ダストの分離回収を行った。このとき回収された粗粒ダストの回収量は、集塵水にカチオン系高分子凝集剤を添加せずに粗粒分離器で粗粒ダストを分離回収した場合の回収量の1.1〜1.3倍となり、回収率が向上した。この回収ダストの含水率は30質量%であった。

Claims (4)
- 転炉排ガスを湿式集塵器にて湿式集塵処理して得られるダストを含む集塵水を粗粒分離器に導入して粗粒ダストを分離した後、シックナーで凝集沈殿処理する転炉排ガス集塵水の処理方法において、該湿式集塵器の出口から該粗粒分離器の間の集塵水及び/又は粗粒分離器に高分子凝集剤を添加することを特徴とする転炉排ガス集塵水の処理方法。
- 請求項1において、該高分子凝集剤の添加量が該集塵水に対して1〜10mg/Lであることを特徴とする転炉排ガス集塵水の処理方法。
- 請求項1又は2において、該高分子凝集剤がカチオン系高分子凝集剤であることを特徴とする転炉排ガス集塵水の処理方法。
- 請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項において、該粗粒分離器で分離される粗粒ダストの含水率が10〜50質量%であることを特徴とする転炉排ガス集塵水の処理方法。
