Claims (3)
- 製鋼脱ガス排水である原水中の浮遊物質をシックナーで処理する方法であって、上記原水を粗粒沈澱槽に導入し、該粗粒沈澱槽で沈澱した沈澱物は、引抜いて粗粒分離機に送り、該粗粒分離機を用いて水切りして粗粒を分離し、分離した粗粒を粗粒搬出装置によって搬出すると同時に分離水を粗粒沈澱槽に導入して、該粗粒沈澱槽の上澄み水と合わせてシックナーで処理することを特徴とする製鋼脱ガス排水中の浮遊物質の処理方法。
- 前記粗粒沈澱槽からの沈澱物の引抜きを連続的に行い、且つ、前記粗粒搬出装置による分離した粗粒の搬出を粗粒が一定量溜った段階で断続的に行い、該粗粒の搬出が行われている間は、引抜いた沈澱物を、粗粒分離機に送るラインから粗粒沈澱槽に返送するラインに切り替えて粗粒沈澱槽に返送するように制御する請求項1に記載の製鋼脱ガス排水中の浮遊物質の処理方法。
- 粗粒分離機に送るラインと、粗粒沈澱槽に返送するラインの切り替えを、内面ゴムライニングのダイヤフラム弁を使用した自動弁を用いて自動的に行う請求項2に記載の製鋼脱ガス排水中の浮遊物質の処理方法。
