Description
酸化チタンとしてはアナターゼ型のものを用い、このアナターゼ型酸化チタン2モルと水酸化リチウム1モルとを混合し、空気雰囲気中800℃で8時間電気炉中で焼成してチタン酸リチウムを合成した。得られたチタン酸リチウムは、原子吸光分析法により元素分析をしたところ、Li1.33Ti1.67O4であった。
LiN(CF3SO2)2に代えて、LiPF6をエチレンカーボネートとジエチルカーボネートとの体積比1:1の混合溶媒に1.0mol/l溶解させて調製した電解液を用いたほかは、実施例1と同様にしてリチウム二次電池を作製した。
正極活物質として、チタン酸リチウムに代えて、リチウム鉄酸化物(LiFe5O8)を用いた以外は、実施例1と同様にしてリチウム二次電池を作製した。
充電条件:定電流0.1mA、充電カット電圧2.4V。
放電条件:定電流0.1mA、放電カット電圧0.4V。

Claims (3)
- 一般式LixTiyO4(0.8≦x≦1.33、1.67≦y≦2.2)で表わされ、かつ化学量論数を持つチタン酸リチウムを70〜90質量%、導電助材を5〜20質量%およびバインダーを1〜10質量%含有する正極と、炭素材を含有する負極と、リチウム塩を有機溶媒に溶解してなる電解液とを有することを特徴とするリチウム二次電池。
- 負極が、黒鉛とバインダーとからなる請求項1記載のリチウム二次電池。
- リチウム塩が、LiN(CF3SO2)2、LiPF6、LiCF3SO3およびLiBF4よりなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種である請求項1記載のリチウム二次電池。
