Abstract
【解決手段】載置用桟4の主桟部11の複数箇所に係合孔11dを形成しており、係合孔11d毎に、中板11aの裏側から係合孔11dを通じてタップ金具31を取り付け、タップ金具31の一対の支持片31aを中板11aの表側に突出させ、この一対の支持片31a間に横桟27を挟み込んで支持している。タップ金具31は、示すようにその中板31bにネジ孔31cを形成し、その両側に側板31dを設けて2重に折り曲げ、更にそれぞれの側板31dの中央から突出するT字型の支持片31aを設けたものである。

Claims (6)
- 構造物が載せられる載置用桟と、構造物を載置用桟上に係止するタップ金具とを備える構造物設置架台において、
前記載置用桟は、この載置用桟の長手方向に延びる中板と、この中板両側の相互に平行な2つの側板とを少なくとも有し、
前記タップ金具は、中板と、この中板両側の相互に平行な2つの側板と、これらの側板から該中板上方に突出するそれぞれの支持片とを有し、
前記載置用桟の各側板に対して前記タップ金具の各側板が垂直となるように、タップ金具を載置用桟の内側に配置し、タップ金具の各支持片を載置用桟の中板の孔から突出させ、タップ金具の各支持片により構造物を載置用桟上に係止することを特徴とする構造物設置架台。 - 前記タップ金具の各側板は、2つ折りにされて二重に重ねられており、タップ金具の各支持片は、前記各側板の端からタップ金具の中板上方に突出することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の構造物設置架台。
- 前記タップ金具の各側板の端から突出する支持片は、T字型の頭部を有し、
前記タップ金具の各側板の端は、タップ金具の中板の上面下方に後退していることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の構造物設置架台。 - 前記載置用桟の内側で、前記タップ金具の中板を載置用桟の中板に重ね合わせて固定したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の構造物設置架台。
- 前記タップ金具の各側板の長さと前記載置用桟の各側板内側の離間距離を実質的に等しくしたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の構造物設置架台。
- 前記タップ金具の各支持片は、T字型の頭部を有し、
前記載置用桟の中板の孔は、前記各支持片のT字型の頭部を挿し通す挿入スリットと、該各支持片のT字型の頭部を引っ掛ける係合孔とを繋げて形成したものであり、該各支持片のT字型の頭部を挿入スリットに挿し通して係合孔へと導くことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の構造物設置架台。
