Claims (3)
- メタン、二酸化炭素及びシロキサン化合物を含有する原ガスと、水とを0.55〜2.0MPaの範囲を満たす高圧状態で接触させることにより、前記二酸化炭素を高圧水に溶解させて前記原ガスから分離するとともに、前記シロキサン化合物を凝縮させて前記原ガスから分離して、前記メタンを高濃度化した精製ガスを得ることを特徴とするガス精製方法。
- 前記原ガスと水とを0.7〜1.5MPaの範囲を満たす高圧状態で接触させることを特徴とする請求項1記載のガス精製方法。
- 前記原ガスが下水汚泥消化ガスであることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のガス精製方法。
