Claims (4)
- 未精製ガスが吸収および再生カラム(2)に導入されてそこで洗浄される、未精製ガスからメルカプタンを除去する方法であって、
3つのガス流(3、4、5)が上記吸収および再生カラム(2)から取り出され、
第1の排ガス流(5)がクラウスプラント(14)に導入され、
30容量%までのH2S濃度を有する第2のガス流(4)が別の吸収プラント(15)に導入される上記方法において、
メルカプタンを含有するガスである第3のガス流(3)が、冷却(6)されて、吸収プラント(8)に供給され、
上記吸収プラント(8)において清浄化された第4のガス流(9)が上記吸収プラント(8)から取り出され、そして、メルカプタンを含有する第5のガス流(10)が洗浄ステージ(11)にかけられ、
そして、上記洗浄ステージ(11)において濃縮されたメルカプタン含有の第6のガス流(13)が上記クラウスプラント(14)に供給されることを特徴とする、未精製ガスからメルカプタンを除去する方法。 - 上記第2のガス流(4)が、上記別の吸収プラント(15)に導入されて、無負荷の溶媒を加えられ、
その結果として生じる溶液(16)が再生プラント(17)に供給され、
そして、その結果として生じるH2S濃縮の第7のガス流(19)がクラウスプラント(14)に供給されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - H2S含有溶液(26)が、上記クラウスプラント(14)から排出される残余のクラウスガス(20)の水素化プラント(22)の後位に配置されているさらに別の吸収プラント(24)から取り出されて、上記別の吸収プラント(15)に導入されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 上記別の吸収プラント(15)からのガスが、上記水素化プラント(22)に導入され、ついで、上記さらに別の吸収プラント(24)に導入されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
