Abstract

Det er beskrevet en fremgangsmåte for å fjerne hydrogensulfid i naturgass fra utvinningen av råolje/naturgassblandinger inneholdende syregass, for under trykket av høytrykksatt råolje/naturgassblanding først reduseres til et trykk på 70 til 130 bar, fortrinnsvis 90 bar, en utgassende rågassen separeres fra råoljen og gassen, hvor ved den flytende fasen som kondenserer under avkjøling av rågassen fjernes, den utgassede rågassen blir, etter avkjøling og uten ytterligere forholdsregler for reduksjon av trykk, underkastet en gasskrubbing, som absorberer en stor del av H2S inneholdt i rågassen ved hjelp av et fysikalsk virkende oppløsningsmiddel, hvorved rågassen renses. Det belagte oppløsningsmidlet føres inn i minst et trykkreduksjonstrinn, og varmen som gis under avkjøling av rågassen mates til det belagte oppløsningsmidlet. Et oppløste H2S tillates å gasse ut fra oppløsningsmidlet som i sin tur avkjøler regenerert oppløsningsmidler og returnerer den til gasskrubbingen. Råoljen med trykket redusert til 70 til 130 bar underkastes en ytterligere reduksjon i et trykk i et annet trinn til et trykk på 20 til 40 bar - fortrinnsvis 30 bar, og den utgassende ytterligere H2S-rike rågassen separeres for råoljen. Råoljen med trykket redusert til 20 til 40 bar utsettes for en ytterligere reduksjon i trykk til et trykk på 2 til 15 bar, fortrinnsvis 10 bar. Den utgassende rågassen separeres fra råoljen, og den H2S-holdige gassen utgasset fra utløsningsmidlet bringes til trykket av den H2S-rike rågassen utgasset fra råoljen, og alle utgassede H2S-holdige strømmer av gass bringes sammen. Den samlede H2S-holdige strømmen av gass bringes til et trykk som er større enn trykket av råoljereservoaret og føres inn i et borehull av råoljereservoaret.
