Claims (3)
- 基部と荷重受部との間を上下一対の平行リンク部材、可撓性を有する左右のフレクシャを介して連結したロバーバル機構である荷重変換部を有し、前記基部の上部に2個の偏置誤差調整レバーを左右並列に設け、前記基部、荷重受部、平行リンク部材、フレクシャ、偏置誤差調整レバーを一体の金属ブロックを刳り抜いて形成した荷重測定機構であって、前記各偏置誤差調整レバーの中央部を前記基部に対し薄肉の可撓部である支点により一体的に連結すると共に作用点部を前記左右のフレクシャの近傍にそれぞれ一体的に連結し、自由端である力点部を回転調整ボルトを介して前記基部に連結し、前記力点部と前記支点間の長さを前記支点と前記作用点部間の長さよりも大きくし、前記回転調整ボルトを回転して前記基部と前記偏置誤差調整レバーの力点部との間隔を変化させ、前記支点を用いたてこの作用によって前記作用点を介して前記フレクシャに偏力を加え、前記フレクシャの高さを左右別個に変位させることにより偏置誤差を調整する調整手段を有することを特徴とする荷重測定機構。
- 前記一方の偏置誤差調整レバーは左右一方の前記フレクシャに偏力を加え、前記他方の偏置誤差調整レバーは左右他方の前記フレクシャに偏力を加えるようにした請求項1に記載の荷重測定機構。
- 前記回転調整ボルトは差動ボルトとした請求項1に記載の荷重測定機構。
