Claims (6)
- 基部と荷重受部との間を上下一対の平行リンク部材、可撓性を有するフレクシャを介して連結したロバーバル機構である荷重変換部を有し、前記基部の上部に2個の偏置誤差調整レバーを左右並列に設けた荷重測定機構であって、前記偏置誤差調整レバーにより前記フレクシャの左右近傍にそれぞれ偏力を加えて前記フレクシャの高さを左右別個に変位させることにより偏置誤差を調整する調整手段を有することを特徴とする荷重測定機構。
- 前記一方の偏値誤差調整レバーは前記フレクシャの片側に偏力を加え、前記他方の偏値誤差調整レバーは前記フレクシャの他側に偏力を加えるようにした請求項1に記載の荷重測定機構。
- 前記偏置誤差調整レバーは力点部を自由端とし、作用点部を前記フレクシャの近傍に連結し、前記力点部と作用点部間の支点を前記基部に設け、力点部と支点間の長さを前記支点と作用点部間の長さよりも大きくした請求項1に記載の荷重測定機構。
- 前記調整手段はボルトにより前記基部と前記偏値誤差調整レバーの力点部との間隔を調整するようにした請求項3に記載の荷重測定機構。
- 前記ボルトは差動ボルトとした請求項4に記載の荷重測定機構。
- 前記基部、荷重受部、平行リング部材、フレクシャ、偏置誤差調整レバーは一体の金属ブロックを刳り抜いて形成した請求項1に記載の荷重測定機構。
