Description
Claims (9)
- 反応容器内を不活性ガスで置換した後に昇温し、塩素または塩化水素ガスを導入して該容器内で鉄粉と接触させ反応させて該鉄粉表面に塩化鉄を形成させる改質処理を行うことを特徴とする脱酸素剤用鉄粉の製造方法。
- 回転機構を有する反応容器内を不活性ガスで置換した後に昇温し、塩素または塩化水素ガスを導入して回転する該容器内で鉄粉と接触させ反応させて該鉄粉表面に塩化鉄を形成させる改質処理を行うことを特徴とする脱酸素剤用鉄粉の製造方法。
- 回転炉内を不活性ガスで置換した後に昇温し、塩素または塩化水素ガスを導入して回転する該炉内で鉄粉と接触させ反応させて該鉄粉表面に塩化鉄を形成させる改質処理を行うことを特徴とする脱酸素剤用鉄粉の製造方法。
- 前記改質処理は300℃未満で行われる請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の製造方法。
- 前記塩素または塩化水素ガスを不活性ガスによるキャリアガスに同伴させることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の製造方法。
- 前記塩素または塩化水素ガスを不活性ガスによるキャリアガスと水蒸気に同伴させることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の製造方法。
- 前記鉄粉は前記改質処理の前に還元熱処理を行うことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の製造方法。
- 前記鉄粉は前記改質処理の前に表面酸化熱処理を行うことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の製造方法。
- 前記鉄粉は前記改質処理の前に、還元熱処理し次いで表面酸化熱処理を行うことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の製造方法。
