Description
(1)インバータの本来有する能力(KVA)に対して、引き出せる有効電力の割合が最低57%であり、比較的大きな容量の電源を用いる必要がある。
(2)ピーク電流が大きくなり、これに伴いdi/dt即ち電流変化代が大きくなり、パワーデバイスの対電圧性能を向上する必要性があり、コスト増を招く。
(3)それぞれのロータに最適なアンペアターン数を個別に決めることが不可能で、全体としてコスト増になる。
図1は本発明の回転電機の構造を好適に適用できる回転電機の一例としての複軸多層モータが適用されたハイブリッド駆動ユニットの全体図であり、図1において、Eはエンジン、Mは複軸多層モータ、Gはラビニョウ型複合遊星歯車列、Dは駆動出力機構、1はモータカバー、2はモータケース、3はギヤハウジング、4はフロントカバーである。

Claims (4)
- 電機子コイルを巻回したステータティースを複数個円周状に配置してなるステータと、ステータの内側に同軸に設けられたインナーロータと、ステータの外側に同軸に設けられたアウターロータと、から構成される回転電機において、ステータティースには、インナーロータ側に設けられた、インナーロータのみを駆動するインナー電機子コイル、および、アウターロータ側に設けられた、アウターロータのみを駆動するアウター電機子コイルの2種類のコイルが巻かれており、複数のアウター電機子コイルが、同じ方向に巻かれたアウター電機子コイルの複数のペアを備え、アウター電機子コイルの各ペアは互いに接続されるとともに同じ位相の電流が供給されており、複数のインナー電機子コイルが、互いに反対方向に巻かれたインナー電機子コイルの複数のペアを備え、インナー電機子コイルのペアは互いに接続されるとともに同じ位相の電流が供給されており、お互いに磁気的な干渉をしないように接続されていることを特徴とする回転電機の構造。
- インナーロータの極数に対してアウターロータの極数が2倍であり、インナーロータを駆動するための電流位相には必ず180度ずれたものを有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の回転電機の構造。
- インナーロータの極数が3で、アウターロータの極数が6となるよう回転電機を構成し、この回転電機を、3相インバータ2台でインナーロータとアウターロータを別個に駆動することを特徴とする請求項1または2移載の回転電機の構造。
- インナーロータを駆動するインナー電機子コイルのターン数が、アウターロータを駆動するアウター電機子コイルのターン数よりも多いことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の回転電機の構造。
