Description
Claims (9)
- 腸疾患の予防に使用するための栄養添加物の製造方法であって、ビール酵母が加水分解方法によって処理される方法において、ビール酵母が機械的に、18〜20%の乾燥物質含有量まで濾過され、この濾過されたビール酵母は、細胞構造がこじ開けられ、かつこれらの細胞構造の表面上のオリゴ糖および/または多糖類、ベータグルカン、および/またはタンパク質の有効濃度が増加するように、酸により加水分解処理されることを特徴とする方法。
- 得られた生成物が、分別を行なわずにそのままで用いられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 得られたオリゴ糖および/または多糖類、ベータグルカン、および/またはタンパク質生成物が、乾燥物質として計算された場合、0.01〜1.0重量%の量で食物に添加されることを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載の方法。
- 得られたオリゴ糖および/または多糖類、ベータグルカン、および/またはタンパク質生成物が、乾燥物質として計算された場合、0.1〜0.3重量%の量で食物に添加されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 細胞構造がこじ開けられ、かつこの細胞構造の表面上のオリゴ糖および/または多糖類、ベータグルカン、および/またはタンパク質の有効濃度が増加するように、機械的に18〜20%の乾燥物質含有量まで濾過されたビール酵母を、酸により加水分解処理することによって製造されていることを特徴とする、腸疾患の予防のための栄養添加物。
- 腸疾患の予防のための栄養物と関連した、請求項5に記載の栄養添加物の使用であって、用いられる添加物の量が、栄養物質中に混合された場合、0.01〜1.0重量%である使用。
- 腸疾患の予防のための栄養物と関連した、請求項5に記載の栄養添加物の使用であって、用いられる添加物の量が、栄養物質中に混合された場合、0.1〜0.3重量%である使用。
- 食品ないし飼料において、請求項5に記載の添加物を有し、該添加物の量が、乾燥物質として計算された場合、前記食品ないし飼料の総量の0.01から1.0重量%である食品ないし飼料。
- 食品ないし飼料において、請求項5に記載の添加物を有し、該添加物の量が、乾燥物質として計算された場合、前記食品ないし飼料の総量の0.1から0.3重量%である食品ないし飼料。
