Claims (13)
- 食料品(10)、特に内部構造の不均一なソーセージやハム、のスライス装置であって、前記製品がスライス状(20)や重ね合わせたり積み重ねて形成される断片状にカットされてスライス領域(16)から搬出される装置であって、
製品(10)がカットされるカッティング端部(22)と、
特にエンドレスベルトによって構成されたスライス製品(20)の搬出装置(24)と、
前記スライス領域(16)を照明する少なくとも1つの照明装置(34)と、からなる装置であって、
前記照明装置(34)は前記スライス領域(16)の前面側の半空間において前記カッティング端部(22)の下側に配置され、よって前記照明がギャップ(26)を介してカッティング端部(22)と前記搬出装置(24)との間を照射し、
洗浄装置(42、44、46、48、50、52)が前記照明装置(34)及び/または前記ギャップ(26)の洗浄用に設置されていることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記照明装置(34)が伸長しており、前記カッティング端部(22)に平行して延在していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 可動保護カバー(42)が前記照明装置(34)の少なくとも1つの照射光源(36)と前記カッティング端部(22)との間に配置されており、照明に用いられる照射光(38)のために少なくとも局所的に透過性を有していることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の装置。
- 前記照射光源(36)が少なくとも部分的に前記保護カバー(42)に覆われていることを特徴とする請求項3記載の装置。
- 前記保護カバーが保護ジャケット(42)を有しており、前記保護ジャケット(42)は特に前記照射光源(36)を覆うチューブ形状を有しており、前記照射光源(36)の周りを回転自在となるように支持されていることを特徴とする請求項3または4記載の装置。
- 前記保護カバーは保護ベルトによって構成されており、前記照射光源(36)に対して運動自在であることを特徴とする請求項3または4記載の装置。
- 前記保護ベルトは運動自在であって、回転するエンドレスベルトまたは第1ロールからほどかれて第2ロールに巻き取られるものであることを特徴とする請求項6記載の装置。
- 前記洗浄装置が、前記照明装置(34)の前記保護カバー(42)及び/または前記ギャップ(26)を機械的及び/または非接触で洗浄する少なくとも1つの洗浄装置(48、50)を有していることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか1記載の装置。
- 前記保護カバー(42)の少なくとも局所が、少なくとも1つの洗浄装置(48)の作用領域に対して移動自在であり、前記少なくとも1つの洗浄装置(48)は特に前記照射光源(36)に対して静止していることを特徴とする請求項3乃至8のうちいずれか1記載の装置。
- 前記洗浄装置が洗浄流体用、特に圧縮空気(52)または少なくとも1つの液体圧力ジェット、の少なくとも1つの噴射装置(50)を有していることを特徴とする請求項1乃至9のいずれか1記載の装置。
- ブラシ、ワイパ、スクレーパまたはストリッパの形式の洗浄装置(48)が前記照明装置(34)の可動保護カバー(42)に連続して接触するように設置され、機械的に直接洗浄することを特徴とする請求項1乃至10のいずれか1記載の装置。
- 前記洗浄装置が、一定時間間隔や所望の時間間隔による所定時間毎に駆動することを特徴とする請求項1乃至11のいずれか1記載の装置。
- 前記洗浄装置が、前記照明装置(34)及び/または前記ギャップ(26)の汚染物質を検出するセンサ(39)を含んでおり、前記センサ(39)で検知した値が所定の汚染限界値を超えた時に前記洗浄装置(48、50)が駆動されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至12のいずれか1記載の装置。
