Claims (15)
- 製造すべき多層プレスセット(3)の複合において、分離板(1)が、プレス板としてとくに2つの多層(2)の間に挿入可能であり、分離板(1)が、鋼板としてではあるがステンレス鋼としてではなく構成され、該鋼板が、(180°Cの温度において)Rm≧500MPa以上の引っ張り強さ及び(180°Cの温度において)Rp0.2≧470MPa以上の降伏強さのうち少なくともいずれか1つを有し、その際、鋼鈑が、更に有機コーティング(8)を有し、かつ有機コーティング(8)が、潤滑剤として塗られており、かつオレフィンベースにして製造されていることを特徴とする1つ以上の多層(2)又は多層プレスセット(3)を製造するための分離板(1)。
- 鋼板が、完全に表面処理されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の分離板。
- 鋼板が、0.3ないし0.5mmの厚さを有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の分離板。
- 鋼板が、更に無機又は金属製のコーティングを有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載の分離板。
- 金属コーティングが、アルミニウム又は銅から製造されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項記載の分離板。
- コーティング(8)が、2μm以上の厚さを有することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項記載の分離板。
- 鋼板の少なくとも1つの表面が、銅箔(7)によって覆われていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項記載の分離板。
- 鋼板が、Rm≧690MPa以上の引っ張り強さとRp0.2≧630MPa以上の降伏強さとを有することを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項記載の分離板。
- 鋼板(1)が、炭素鋼からなることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項記載の分離板。
- 鋼板が、0.03ないし1.2重量%のC及び0.2ないし1.5重量%のMn成分を有することを特徴とする請求項9記載の分離板。
- 鋼板が、0.03ないし0.1重量%のC及び0.2ないし0.5重量%のMn成分を有することを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の分離板。
- 鋼板が、リン、硫黄、アルミニウム及び/又はケイ素を有することを特徴とする請求項9〜11のいずれか1項記載の分離板。
- 潤滑剤が、ポリオレフィンベースのポリマーであることを特徴とする請求項9〜12のいずれか1項記載の分離板。
- 前記無機コーティングが、薄層クロームメッキとして構成されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の分離板。
- 請求項1〜14のいずれか1項記載の少なくとも1つの分離板(1)が、多層プレスセット(3)内に挿入されていることを特徴とする1つ以上の多層(2)を製造する多層プレスセット(3)。
