Claims (1)
- 電子部品を基板に実装する実装作業に使用される電子部品実装用装置に配設されリニアモータによって被駆動体を第1方向に直線駆動する直動機構であって、
前記被駆動体を第1方向にガイドするため架台上に配設されたガイドレールと、前記被駆動体に結合され、前記ガイドレールにスライド自在に嵌合したスライダを有する連結部材と、
固定子と可動子の対向方向を被駆動体側に向けた姿勢で第1方向に配設されたリニアモータと、前記固定子を第1方向に固定保持する固定子保持部と、前記可動子の背面に結合された移動プレートとを備え、
前記移動プレートと前記可動子との間に第1の空隙部を形成して結合するとともに、前記移動プレートの背面側に設けられたフランジ部に備えられた凸部と前記連結部材に設けられた溝部とを嵌合させつつ、かつ前記移動プレートの背面と前記連結部材との間に第2の空隙部を形成したことを特徴とする電子部品実装用装置の直動機構。
