Abstract
【解決手段】固定子16,可動子17よりなるリニアモータによってX直動機構8をY方向に移動させるY直動機構6において、可動子17に結合され可動子17のY方向の駆動力を移動プレート18,連結部材25を介して伝達する駆動伝達部を設け、稼動子17と移動プレート18との間に第1の空隙部G1を、また移動プレート18と連結部材25との間に第2の空隙部G2を形成する。これにより、稼動状態において可動子17からの熱伝達を遮断することができ、リニアモータの発熱による熱伸縮に起因する不具合の発生を防止することができる

ト18の背面側に設けられたフランジ部19は、連結部材25の上面に接触する位置にある。フランジ部19の下面には凸部19aが設けられており、凸部19aは連結部材25の上面に設けられた溝部25aに嵌合している。

Claims (1)
- 電子部品を基板に実装する実装作業に使用される電子部品実装用装置に配設されリニアモータによって被駆動体を第1方向に直線駆動する直動機構であって、前記被駆動体を第1方向にガイドするガイド部と、固定子と可動子の対向方向を被駆動体側に向けた姿勢で第1方向に配設されたリニアモータと、前記固定子を第1方向に固定保持する固定子保持部と、前記可動子と結合され可動子の第1方向の駆動力を前記被駆動体に伝達する駆動伝達部とを備え、前記可動子と駆動伝達部との間およびまたは駆動伝達部と被駆動体との間に、熱伝達を遮断する空隙部が形成されていることを特徴とする電子部品実装用装置の直動機構。
