本発明は、泡状のスキンクリーム、泡状スキンプロテクションクリームの使用及びその製造方法に関する。

親油性又は疎水性成分、及び他方では、親水性成分を有する乳濁質の二相系の生薬源は、スキンケアのための泡状製品の製造のために知られている。これらの泡状製品の、治療された皮膚への適用は、二次元二相ネットワークを形成し、親水性成分は、角質層のケラチンと結合し、汗の蒸発を可能にする一方で、親油性成分は、皮膚表面上で水分（浸透した汗を含む）の浸透を抑制する。泡は、バリアを形成する他のクリームと対照的に、１分未満で吸収され、使用物上にグリースの跡を残さず、熱付着又は汗の作用によるふやけ効果さえも妨げるので、泡は、職業上の（occupational）水分作用に対する防護剤として、急速に人気が高まった。さらに、それ自体知られたスキンクリームについての詳細は、特に、R.Rudolph,L.Bade,B.Bruggemannによる“Haut”,issue 4,1992から確認することができる。

DE-C-33 30 628は、スキンプロテクション及びシリコーン油、部分的に中和されたステアリン酸、脂肪アルコール及びそのエトキシレート化された誘導体、エトキシレート化された羊毛アルコール、セチル／ステアリルアルコール、ワセリン、濃化剤並びに水を含む治療用化粧水に関する。そこで開示された化粧水は、長期間、皮膚上に不快な油の薄膜を残さずに、すばやく吸収されると記載されている。

スキンケア剤中で使用され得る乳化剤に関する情報は、DE-A-195 42 572に記載されている。この参考文献は、アルカリ及び／又はアルケニルオリゴグリコシドを43〜90重量％及び脂肪アルコールを10〜57重量％含有する乳化剤を提案する。これらの乳化剤は、高い粘着性、長い貯蔵寿命を持つ感覚的に軽いO／Wエマルションの製造に特に適する。ドイツ実用新案DE-U-9308050は、皮膚攻撃剤に対して用いられるスキンプロテクションフォームに関する。このフォームは、水分透過性フイルムの製造のための、良好な皮膚適合性を有する脂肪酸エステル、活性剤の安定的な分散及びフイルムの湿度の調整のための多価アルコール、泡安定性の改善のための乳化剤、表面張力の減少のための界面活性剤、並びに任意に樹脂及び乳化剤のための中和剤を含有する水性エマルションから成る。気体の炭化水素は、発泡剤として使用されることもあり、例えば、プロパン、ブタン又はイソブタン及びそれらの混合物である。しかし、記載された泡は、その他の遊離脂肪酸を含有しない。

エアゾールは、任意の環境下では形成しない物理化学的構造を複雑にする。泡形成成分の間の特別なバランスが特に重要である。組成におけるわずかな変化が、泡の崩壊をすぐに引き起こすこともある。それ故、それ自体活性な物質の処方が、さらなる供給なしに、泡として処方されることができないことがある。

本発明の目的は、使用者によって一層受け入れられる処方、使用されるエアゾールの破壊又はエアゾールの性能の低下を起こすことなく許容される他の物質の幅広い種類の混合物を提供することによって、スキンプロテクションフォームの適用範囲を広げることである。

本発明の目的は、請求項１の特徴を有する泡状スキンクリームの基剤処方によって驚くべきことに達成される。従属項２〜３４は、本発明による泡状スキンクリームの好ましい態様に関する。一方、請求項３５〜４３は、本発明による泡状スキンクリームの基剤の製造方法に関する。

本発明による泡状スキンクリームは、
７５℃で脂肪酸、特にC12〜C22脂肪酸、任意に不飽和及び／又は多価不飽和脂肪酸、乳化剤、共乳化剤、例えばトリセテアレスー４−ホスフェート(triceteareth-4-phosphate)を含有する混合物を溶解することによって相Iを調製し、次いで、プロピレングリコール及び／又は多価アルコール、特にグリセロールのような保湿剤、アルキルサルコシネートのような乳化剤及びアラントインのようなスキンケア添加剤を含有する水性混合物から得られる７５℃に温度制御された相IIと攪拌下計量し、
但し、相I及びIIの均一混合物が提供され、前記計量は７５℃の温度で行われ、 計量後さらに、５〜２０分の間、温度を７５℃に維持し、

一方、この方法によって得られ得る製品は、工業分野において、多環芳香族炭化水素のような発ガン性物質からの防護又はその吸収の減少のための泡状スキンクリームとして直接的に使用し得る。この混合物は、既に多環芳香族炭化水素のような発ガン性物質に皮膚がさらされている人々に、効果的な防護を提供することができる。さらに、この混合物は酸類やアルカリ液（ｐH１１以下）、研磨剤及び洗剤、汗、尿、大便、ゴム手袋、ホコリ、ハウスダスト、機械、穴あけ及び冷却用油、グリース、塗料／ニス、石膏並びにその他の物質及び化学物質、特に攻撃的な物質及び化学物質からの防護を人々に提供するのに適している。

本発明による泡状スキンクリームは、脂肪酸、特にC12〜C22の脂肪酸を含有し、任意に追加で不飽和及び／又は多価不飽和脂肪酸を含有することもある。有用な飽和脂肪酸は、特に、天然のC12〜C22脂肪酸、特にステアリン酸及びパルミチン酸を含有する。ミリスチン酸を使用することもある。有用な不飽和脂肪酸は、特に、その炭化水素鎖に３つ以上の不飽和結合を有するものを含む。不飽和脂肪酸は、例えばココナッツ油の一部分に見られる。有用な共乳化剤は、それ自体知られた共乳化剤、特に、トリセテアレスー４−ホスフェート、ソディウムラウレスー４−ホスフェート（sodium laureth-4-phosphate）又はオレス（oleth）−３及びその他のエトキシル化度の低い脂肪アルコール由来の親油性共乳化剤を含む。

相Iは、流動パラフィンをさらに含むこともある。相Ｉで使用される乳化剤は、脂肪アルコール由来のもの及び一部エステル化された脂肪酸由来のものを含むこともある。特に好ましい脂肪アルコールは、セテアリル（cetearyl）アルコールを含む。例えば、グリセリルステアレートは、一部エステル化された脂肪酸として使用されることがある。

相IIで使用される保湿剤は、プロピレングリコール及び／又は例えばグリセロールのような多価アルコールを特に含む。相IIで使用される典型的な乳化剤として、ラウロイル、ラウリル、セチルサルコシネートのようなアルキルサルコシネートが挙げられることもある。

請求項１によって得られ得る混合物は、皮膚防護及び皮膚の機能不全の軽減のための幅広い適用において使用されることがある、その他の泡状スキンクリームの基剤としても役立つ。

望ましくは、一つ又はそれ以上の防腐剤が、本発明による泡状スキンクリームに添加されることもある。特に、メチルジブロモグルタロニトリル（methyldibromoglutaronitrile）及び／又はフェノキシエタノールのような物質は、適当な防腐剤であることが判明している。これらの物質は、0.01〜1重量％の量で添加されることがある。

本発明による好ましい泡状スキンクリームは、以下を含む。
1〜3重量％のグリセリルステアレート；
3〜6重量％のセテアリルアルコール；
4〜6重量％のステアリン酸；
0.5〜2重量％のパラフィン；
0.4〜2.3重量％のトリセテアレスー４−ホスフェート；
1.5〜4重量％のプロピレングリコール；
1.3〜4.2重量％のグリセロール；
1〜3重量％のセチルサルコシネート；
0.05〜1重量％のアラントイン；及び
100重量％とするためのバランスとしての水

他の好ましい態様において、本発明による泡状スキンクリームは、ジメチコンのようなシリコーン含有物質をさらに含有する。この物質は、相Iに添加され、好ましくは0.05〜1重量％の量で存在する。

さらに、本発明による泡状スキンクリームは、デシルオレート（decyloleate）、イソヘキサデカン、ステアリン酸グリコールエステル、ココナッツ脂肪酸エタノールアミド、コーン油、ピーナッツ油、アーモンド油、胡麻油、オリーブ油、ホホバ油、大豆油、羊毛ワックスアルコール、パラフィン、中鎖トリグリセリド、オレイン酸オレイルエステル、ホワイトペトロラタム（white petrolatum）、マクロゴル（macrogol）−グリセロールヒドロキシステアレート、硬化ひまし油、リシムス・コムニス（Ricimus communis）由来ひまし油、アボカド油、小麦胚芽油、パルミチン酸イソプロピルエステル、セチルパルミテート、ミリスチン酸ミリスチルエステル及び／又はオクチルドデカノールのような再脂肪（ｒｅｆａｔｔｉｎｇ）物質の一つ又はそれ以上を相Iにさらに含有することもある。

特に、泡状スキンクリームは、製品が普通肌のために使用される場合には、0.5〜2重量％の量のデシルオレート及び／又は0.5〜2重量％の量のオクチルデカノール、又はその他１つの前記の再脂肪物質を含有する。再脂肪物質の全量は、スキンプロテクションフォームが破壊されないようにすべきである。再脂肪物質の約４重量％の量は、普通〜わずかに乾燥した肌のためには十分である。乾燥肌が、本発明による泡状スキンクリームによって治療される場合は、再脂肪物質の成分、例えば、特に、デシルオレート及び／又はオクチルデカノールの3〜6重量％の量が、推奨できる。もし、さらに一つ以上の成分が使用されるならば、わずかに乾燥した肌のためには再脂肪成分の全量は、最大で約12％になる。より一層深刻な乾燥肌を治療する場合は、再脂肪物質の量は、デシルオレートのような成分が使用される場合は約6〜9重量％、オクチルデカノールが使用される場合は約6〜9重量％である。再脂肪物質の量は、20重量％までのこともある。

シリコーン含有物質を含まない製品と同様に、後者の泡状スキンクリームは、スキンケア及び皮膚の防護、特に、研磨剤及び洗剤、汗、大便、ゴム手袋、ホコリ、ハウスダスト、機械、穴あけ及び冷却用油、グリース、塗料／ニス、石膏並びにその他の物質及び化学物質、特に攻撃的な物質及び化学物質からの防護に適している。

この泡状スキンクリームは、皮膚病の治療及び軽減のためにも適している。これは、特にアレルギー性接触皮膚炎タイプＩ及びＩＶ、蓄積微毒性（subtoxic）湿疹、毒刺激性湿疹、細菌性不規則（dysregulative）湿疹、アトピー性皮膚炎、アトピー性掌蹠湿疹、発汗障害、多汗症、接触性蕁麻疹、痔に関連する間擦性湿疹、種々の滲出性菌類伝染病、例えば、指間びらん性真菌症、口角びらん症、尋常性乾癬、下腿潰瘍、コリン性蕁麻疹、おむつ皮膚炎のような皮膚病を含む。

それは、再脂肪物質に加えて、皮膚の水分量を増加させる物質を含有することが望ましいこともある。そのような水和物質は、特に、尿素、エトキシジグリコール、塩化ナトリウム、塩化マグネシウム、ソルビトール、デキスパンテノール（dexpanthenol）、乳酸ナトリウム、アラントイン、ヒアルロン酸、ビタミンE、リノレン酸を含む。それらの物質の量は、治療される病気の深刻さによって、それぞれの物質の1〜20重量％以上であり得る。これらの量は、特に3〜15重量％又は12.5〜15重量％の量で存在することもある尿素にも適用される。本発明による泡状スキンクリームは、尋常性乾癬のために使用されることもある。

特に重要な適用分野は、糖尿病患者の足の予防及び治療に関する。糖尿病の兆候を伴うため、糖尿病患者は、数年間糖尿病患者である場合、切断が必要になる窮地までダメージを与えられる乾燥肌に苦しむ。糖尿病患者の皮膚パラメーターの改善をもたらす皮膚防護剤の予防適用は、糖尿病患者の足の進展を防ぐことができる。

さらに、多不飽和脂肪酸（PUFA）のようなスキンケア物質が、本発明による泡状スキンクリームに添加されることもある。これらは、特に、例えば、マツヨイグサ油及びルリヂサ油からの、知られているオメガ−６脂肪酸が含まれる。合成オメガー６脂肪酸及び前記の植物抽出物から得られるものが使用されることもある。

3〜7重量％のカレンドゥラ（calendula）抽出物、3〜7重量％のマンサク抽出物、3〜7重量％のカモミール抽出物、3〜7重量％のチャノキ油抽出物、1〜5重量％のデシルオレート、1〜5重量％のオクチルドデカノール。

本発明によるスキンプロテクションクリームの本発明による製造方法は、以下の段階を含む。
７５℃で脂肪酸、特にC12〜C22脂肪酸、任意に不飽和及び／又は多価不飽和脂肪酸、共乳化剤、例えばトリセテアレスー４−ホスフェートを含有する混合物を溶解することによって相Iを調製し、次いで、プロピレングリコール及び／又は多価アルコール、特にグリセロールのような保湿剤、アルキルサルコシネートのような乳化剤及びアラントインのようなスキンケア添加剤を含有する水性混合物から得られる７５℃に温度制御された相IIと攪拌下計量し、
但し、相I及びIIの均一混合物が提供され、前記計量は７５℃の温度で行われ、
相Iの相IIへの添加後さらに、５〜２０分の間、温度を７５℃に維持し、

本発明によるスキンプロテクションクリームは、加熱冷却可能な閉鎖系装置において、自己取り出し型ホモジナイザーおよび加熱可能な計量漏斗を用いて（好ましくは、コルマ（Koruma）多目的装置において）、製造される。

相Iの計量は、75℃で行われる。両相は、中程度の攪拌速度における一定攪拌によって混合され、均一化が一様に行われるように注意が払われなければならない。温度は、5〜20分間75℃に維持される。得られた混合物は、一定に攪拌しながら30〜40℃の間の温度まで冷却される。

その後、40℃の温度に近くなった後、さらなる物質が添加されることもある。これは、7.8〜8.0の間のｐH値に調整することを含む。この目的のために、2-アミノ-2-メチル-1-プロパノールが使用される。攪拌は、ｐH値が安定するまで十分な期間続けられ、その後適当な貯蔵タンク又は対応するスプレー式コンテナの中に充填される。後者の場合は、91％の薬剤が9％のブタン／プロパンとともに充填される。

Claims (43)

  1. ７５℃で脂肪酸、乳化剤、共乳化剤を含有する混合物を溶解することによって相Iを調製し、次いで、保湿剤、並びに／又は乳化剤並びに／又はスキンケア添加剤を含有する水性混合物から得られる７５℃に温度制御された相IIと攪拌下計量し、
    但し、相I及びIIの均一混合物が提供され、前記計量は７５℃の温度で行われ、
    計量後さらに、５〜２０分の間、温度を７５℃に維持し、
    その後、それより得られた混合物の温度が、一定の攪拌下で３０〜４０℃の温度まで下げられ、
    ｐH値が７．６〜８．２に調整され、得られた混合物が発泡剤を加えて、用量形態に調製される
    ことによって得られるＯ／Ｗ乳化型泡状スキンクリーム。
  2. 前記脂肪酸は、Ｃ10〜Ｃ22脂肪酸である請求項１に記載の泡状スキンクリーム。
  3. 前記脂肪酸は、不飽和及び／又は多価不飽和脂肪酸を含む請求項１又は２に記載の泡状スキンクリーム。
  4. 前記共乳化剤は、トリセテアレス−４−ホスフェートである請求項１〜３のいずれか１項に記載の泡状スキンクリーム。
  5. 前記保湿剤は、プロピレングリコール及び／又は多価アルコールである請求項１〜４のいずれか１項に記載の泡状スキンクリーム。
  6. 前記保湿剤は、グリセロールである請求項５に記載の泡状スキンクリーム。
  7. 前記相ＩＩに使用される乳化剤は、アルキルサルコシネートである請求項１〜６のいずれか１項に記載の泡状スキンクリーム。
  8. 前記スキンケア添加剤は、アラントインである請求項１〜７のいずれか１項に記載の泡状スキンクリーム。
  9. 前記ｐＨ値の調整は、皮膚と相性のよい塩基性有機化合物によって行われる請求項１〜８のいずれか１項に記載の泡状スキンクリーム。
  10. 相Ｉ及びＩＩの混合物に、30〜40℃において攪拌下防腐剤を添加することを特徴とする請求項１〜９のいずれか１項に記載の泡状スキンクリーム。
  11. 4〜15重量％のO／W乳化剤；
    1〜10重量％の脂肪酸；
    0.4〜2.3重量％の共乳化剤；
    1〜10重量％の保湿剤；
    0.05〜1重量％のスキンケア剤；及び
    100重量％とするためのバランスとしての水
    を含有する請求項１〜１０のいずれか１項に記載の泡状スキンクリーム。
  12. 1〜3重量％のグリセリルステアレート；
    3〜6重量％のセテアリルアルコール；
    4〜6重量％のステアリン酸；
    0.5〜2重量％のパラフィン；
    0.4〜2.3重量％のトリセテアレス−４−ホスフェート；
    1.5〜4重量％のプロピレングリコール；
    1.3〜4.2重量％のグリセロール；
    1〜3重量％のセチルサルコシネート；
    0.05〜1重量％のアラントイン；及び
    100重量％とするためのバランスとしての水
    を含有する請求項１〜１０のいずれか１項に記載の泡状スキンクリーム。
  13. シリコーン含有化合物を相Ｉにさらに含有する請求項１〜１２のいずれか１項に記載の泡状スキンクリーム。
  14. 前記シリコーン含有化合物は、ジメチコンである請求項１３に記載の泡状スキンクリーム。
  15. 前記シリコーン含有化合物は、0.05〜1重量％の量で相Ｉに含有される請求項１３又は１４に記載の泡状スキンクリーム。
  16. 再脂肪物質の一つ又はそれ以上を相Iにさらに含有する請求項１〜１５のいずれか１項に記載の泡状スキンクリーム。
  17. 前記再脂肪物質は、デシルオレート、イソヘキサデカン、ステアリン酸グリコールエステル、ココナッツ脂肪酸エタノールアミド、コーン油、ピーナッツ油、アーモンド油、胡麻油、オリーブ油、ホホバ油、大豆油、羊毛ワックスアルコール、パラフィン、中鎖トリグリセリド、オレイン酸オレイルエステル、ホワイトペトロラタム、マクロゴル−グリセロールヒドロキシステアレート、硬化ひまし油、リシムス・コムニス（Ricimus communis）由来ひまし油、アボカド油、小麦胚芽油、パルミチン酸イソプロピルエステル、セチルパルミテート、ミリスチン酸ミリスチルエステル、及びオクチルドデカノールからなる群から選ばれる少なくとも一種である請求項１６に記載の泡状スキンクリーム。
  18. 0.5〜2重量％のデシルオレート；及び／又は0.5〜2重量％のオクチルデカノールを含有する請求項１７に記載の泡状スキンクリーム。
  19. 3〜6重量％のデシルオレート；及び／又は3〜6重量％のオクチルデカノールを含有する請求項１７に記載の泡状スキンクリーム。
  20. 6〜9重量％のデシルオレート；及び／又は6〜9重量％のオクチルデカノールを含有する請求項１７に記載の泡状スキンクリーム。
  21. 水和（水分結合）剤を相ＩＩにさらに含有する請求項１〜２０のいずれか１項に記載の泡状スキンクリーム。
  22. 前記水和（水分結合）剤は、エトキシジグリコール、塩化ナトリウム、塩化マグネシウム、ソルビトール、デキスパンテノール、及び乳酸ナトリウムからなる群から選ばれる少なくとも一種である請求項２１に記載の泡状スキンクリーム。
  23. 多価不飽和脂肪酸、緩和物質、及び／又は皮膚活性ビタミンを含有する請求項１〜２２のいずれか１項に記載の泡状スキンクリーム。
  24. 前記多価不飽和脂肪酸は、ω−６脂肪酸である請求項２３に記載の泡状スキンクリーム。
  25. 前記緩和物質は、カモミール抽出物である請求項２３又は２４に記載の泡状スキンクリーム。
  26. 3〜7重量％のカレンドゥラ抽出物；
    3〜7重量％のマンサク抽出物；
    3〜7重量％のカモミール抽出物；
    3〜7重量％のチャノキ油抽出物；
    1〜5重量％のデシルオレート；
    1〜5重量％のオクチルドデカノール
    を含有する請求項１７〜２５のいずれか１項に記載の泡状スキンクリーム。
  27. 酸類やアルカリ液（ｐH１１未満）、研磨剤及び洗剤、汗、尿、大便、ゴム手袋、ホコリ、ハウスダスト、機械、穴あけ及び冷却用油、グリース、塗料／ニス、石膏及びその他の物質及び化学物質にさらされている人々のために、発ガン性物質からの防護及びその吸収の減少のために使用するための請求項１〜２６のいずれか１項に記載の泡状スキンクリーム。
  28. 攻撃的な物質及び化学物質にさらされている人々のために使用するための請求項２７に記載の泡状スキンクリーム。
  29. 前記発ガン性物質は、多環芳香族炭化水素である請求項２７に記載の泡状スキンクリーム。
  30. 皮膚病の軽減のために基剤として使用される請求項１６〜２６のいずれか１項に記載の泡状スキンクリーム。
  31. 前記皮膚病は、アレルギー性接触皮膚炎タイプＩ及びＩＶ、蓄積微毒（subtoxic）湿疹、毒刺激性湿疹、細菌性不規則性（dysregulative）湿疹、アトピー性皮膚炎、アトピー性掌蹠湿疹、発汗障害、多汗症、接触性蕁麻疹、痔に関連する間擦性湿疹、種々の滲出性菌類伝染病からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも一種である請求項３０に記載の泡状スキンクリーム。
  32. 前記皮膚病は、指間びらん性真菌症、口角びらん症、尋常性乾癬、下腿潰瘍、コリン性蕁麻疹、おむつ皮膚炎からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも一種である請求項３１に記載の泡状スキンクリーム。
  33. 糖尿病の足の予防及び治療のために基剤として使用される請求項２２〜２４のいずれか１項に記載の泡状スキンクリーム。
  34. おむつ皮膚炎の治療及び防止のために基剤として使用される請求項２６に記載の泡状スキンクリーム。
  35. ７５℃で脂肪酸、乳化剤、共乳化剤を含有する混合物を溶解することによって相Iを調製し、次いで、保湿剤、乳化剤及びスキンケア添加剤を含有する水性混合物から得られる７５℃に温度制御された相IIと攪拌下計量し、
    但し、相I及びIIの均一混合物が提供され、前記計量は７５℃の温度で行われ、
    相Iの相IIへの添加後さらに、５〜２０分の間、温度を７５℃に維持し、
    その後、それより得られた混合物の温度が、一定の攪拌下で３０〜４０℃の温度まで下げられ、
    ｐH値が７．６〜８．２に調整され、得られた混合物が発泡剤を加えて、コンテナに充填される
    ことを含む請求項１〜３４のいずれか１項に記載のＯ／Ｗ乳化型泡状スキンクリームの製造方法。
  36. 前記脂肪酸は、Ｃ10〜Ｃ22脂肪酸である請求項３５に記載の泡状スキンクリームの製造方法。
  37. 前記脂肪酸は、不飽和及び／又は多価不飽和脂肪酸を含む請求項３５又は３６に記載の泡状スキンクリームの製造方法。
  38. 前記共乳化剤は、トリセテアレス−４−ホスフェートである請求項３５〜３７のいずれか１項に記載の泡状スキンクリームの製造方法。
  39. 前記保湿剤は、プロピレングリコール及び／又は多価アルコールである請求項３５〜３８のいずれか１項に記載の泡状スキンクリームの製造方法。
  40. 前記保湿剤は、グリセロールである請求項３９に記載の泡状スキンクリームの製造方法。
  41. 前記相ＩＩに使用される乳化剤は、アルキルサルコシネートである請求項３５〜４０のいずれか１項に記載の泡状スキンクリームの製造方法。
  42. 前記スキンケア添加剤は、アラントインである請求項３５〜４１のいずれか１項に記載の泡状スキンクリームの製造方法。
  43. 前記ｐＨ値の調整は、皮膚と相性のよい塩基性有機化合物によって行われる請求項３５〜４２のいずれか１項に記載の泡状スキンクリームの製造方法。
