Claims (7)
- 揮発性有機塩素化合物(VOC)を含む汚染土壌を浄化するとともに、原地盤の地耐力の低下を防止するための土壌改良方法であって、
先端部に切削部材と少なくとも1つの注入管とを備える掘削部材を回転可能に、かつ昇降可能に支持する支持手段により回転および降下させて土壌を掘削するステップと、
前記掘削部材を回転させつつ、前記少なくとも1つの注入管から該掘削部材周囲の前記土壌に向けて、水に、鉄粉またはマグネタイト(Fe3O4)を含む酸化鉄粉と焼き石膏と水溶性高分子とを分散させたスラリーを噴射させるステップとを含み、
前記スラリーは、前記水と前記鉄粉との質量比が1:1〜20:1の範囲、前記焼き石膏と前記鉄粉との質量比が1:1〜10:1の範囲、前記焼き石膏と前記水溶性高分子との質量比が100:0.1〜100:2の範囲となるように配合され、前記鉄粉が前記土壌1m3に対し、10kg〜100kg供給されるように前記スラリーが供給されることを特徴とする、土壌改良方法。 - 揮発性有機塩素化合物(VOC)を含む汚染土壌を浄化するとともに、原地盤の地耐力の低下を防止するための土壌改良方法であって、
先端部に切削部材と少なくとも1つの注入管とを備える掘削部材を回転可能に、かつ昇降可能に支持する支持手段により回転および降下させて土壌を掘削するステップと、
前記掘削部材を回転させつつ、前記少なくとも1つの注入管から該掘削部材周囲の前記土壌に向けて、水に、鉄粉またはマグネタイト(Fe3O4)を含む酸化鉄粉と焼き石膏と水溶性高分子とを分散させたスラリーを噴射させるステップとを含み、
前記スラリーは、前記水と前記酸化鉄粉との質量比が2:1〜15:1の範囲、前記焼き石膏の添加量が前記酸化鉄粉の質量の2〜20倍、前記焼き石膏と前記水溶性高分子との質量比が100:0.1〜100:2の範囲となるように配合され、前記酸化鉄粉が前記土壌1m3に対し、15kg〜150kg供給されるように前記スラリーが供給されることを特徴とする、土壌改良方法。 - 前記水溶性高分子は、ポリアクリルアミド、ポリアクリル酸ナトリウム、アクリルアミド−アクリル酸ナトリウム共重合体、これらの混合物から選択される、請求項1または2に記載の土壌改良方法。
- 前記掘削部材は、周部に羽根を備えており、前記支持手段により該掘削部材を回転させ、前記羽根の回転により前記土壌と前記スラリーとを混合するステップをさらに含む、請求項1〜3に記載の土壌改良方法。
- 前記掘削部材は、先端部に切削部材と、周部に羽根と、前記羽根の縁部に向けて配設される少なくとも1つの注入管とを備える撹拌部材である、請求項4に記載の土壌改良方法。
- 前記掘削するステップと前記噴射させるステップとが同時に実行されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の土壌改良方法。
- 前記掘削するステップと前記噴射させるステップと前記混合するステップとが同時に実行されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の土壌改良方法。
